What can i do to stop these harassing calls? Does anyone know a phone number or way to file a legal complaint about this fraud..Also what is the best way to handle these incoming calls?

Victoria Ordona keeps calling from 1800 339-9105 several community members in the area that speak Spanish and intimidating them to call her back ASAP and that she has a legal matter against them. When called back no one answers the phone.She left several messages stating that they have a court case that needs to be settle and payment must be remitted immediately. All community members stated to not have purchase any items on any type of credit nor have been notified of any action in writing.  Fraud Fraud Fraud!!!

I also had a message from someone speaking in Spanish. She spoke so fast had to listen to it several times and still did not get all that she was saying. Had another spanish speaker listen to make sure I had the information correct. Same thing, something about purchasing something and not paying for it (as if any company online or on the phone would let you not pay!). I also called the numbers that were on the phone (someplace in Florida), no answer, and the number that I was told to call back, this also had no answer.

I Had a message from Victoria Occonor telling me I had missed a court regarding a debt and that legal action will be taking against me, I tried calling back to asked what they were talking about and they were not able to give me any information and they just hang up. This is sounds like a scam!!!!

I had a message from same person Victoria Occonor from 1-305-359-5210 telling me that I had missed a court and she want to know why i not show up tuesday march 26th 2013 in Richland Washington. he gave me a phone number to call her back on 1-800-339-9105 and I did. she was asking over 4-5 thousand of charges because I did not pay something that I order on TV 2 years ago the product is calling BOMB BALM  (arthritis medicine) they may took my info from there but,  I'm smart.. I ask a writing document from TRANSWORLD SISTEM before to be on court. She asked if I speak English and I may not available to pay attorney . Then she call me back and lower the $$ to  $450 and send a money order I say NO.! I need a letter from the collection first then go to court with the judge ANIBAL PASTRANO wish is not exist kind of judge in Richland washington. then she said I got another call and hang up.. this is fraud . they called and left a message that said this is attorney Juarez you missed the your court date. call me back immediately or i will send police to pick you up at your house. I don't have any issues with any courts. i think that they are trying to scamm me.

I received a voice mail from this 1-800-339-9105 Agustina Lopez  saying that I have a Lawsuit and that I did not present my self in Court. Ms. Lopez said that they wii serve me with a court order. I have no pending or oustaning payments and this call comes from Florida

I also received a call from this same number. I speak both languages Spanish and English and called them back after hearing their message. First, they do not want to hear any questions from you and then they say that attorny Bertha Macleo will give you a call back, not true. I spoke to them in English and they hung up. Then I called them back in Spanish and said that I had missed my hearing with the judge. I never received a notice or any document that stated any facts for a hearing. My debt was for $4000 and that they could lower it for $400 if I were to get a money order from the post office. UPS was to show at my door step and to give the money order to him or her and problem solved. I don't think so. I had checked my credit report and all is clean from any collections in the past. This is a SCAM!!!!!        Hispanos, no se crean de estas personas. Nada mas quieren ver si caemos en sus trampas. Siempre pidan documentos sobre la supuesta demanda.

I've been called by this number too, I wonder what kind of legal action must follow to report such fraud. The person who called me told me I had cut and he had missed the appointment. For this ill news I need some advice please.

I've gotten a call from this number as well. Some stupid lady, called Luciana Juarez, has been calling me for three days straight. Apparently I 'order' some dietary pills back in 2008 which I was suppose to take for 2 months as part of a 'contract'. I DID NOT ORDER DIETARY PILLS but instead a dietary powder mix. When they sent me the pills by mistake, i gladly paid for the shipping BACK to the company, asked them to send me the correct item that I order, and got it in the mail not too long afterwards. Now its 2013, and they decide to call and deal with this now? I pretty sure that the law states that an individual, group, or company is allowed, AT MOST, 3 years to press charges against someone. And if I did my math right, obviously, the number of years from 2008 to 2013 is is 5 and not 3. I tried to reason with them and fix all of this, but every single person who attended me was either incredibly freakin rude or just straight out lied to me about many things in regards to either the 'court meeting' they 'set up' or information such as the case number, who their attorney's were, who would be representing them in court and so on. Now that I know that I'm not the only one who's had to deal with these little pests, I can pretty much say that I'm not going to give a flying flip about them or bother with answering their calls again. As for your advice Nancy, I say to just ignore their calls and don't worry about it at all. If everyone else above us in this comment list has said that this is all a bunch of BS, then both you and me have nothing to worry about it. Now, I feel that as a victim of these little f*$&ing scammers, I should help to prevent that others go through the same thing that I did. A mi me dijeron lo mismo que a las personas que dejan aqui sus comentarios. El problema es que me hicieron enojar muchisimo porque la persona que me contesto fue muy grocera y con poca etica. Debi de haber investigado antes de hacer tremendo coraje.
NO se crean de estas llamadas, tampoco hagan corajes como yo. No vale la pena.

My dad received two calls from this woman advising him he had hearings he failed to show to; and that he owed money.  I called over 30 times and she finally answered the phone.  The woman was spanish speaking and did not speak english. She refused to give me the company name unless I gave her my dad's details.  She then told me she now had  my number and I would be sorry. I told her I was calling the police and reporting her. She said she didnt care.  This is a scam. I called my  local police department and have created a file. Folks do not fall for this scam! The police said if we truly owed money and had hearings, we should have received formal notices, at the very least she must provide the company's name she is calling from. I will go to the mat on this and file a complaint with the appropriate authorities. Thanks

No se crean de este gran fraude. Ahora es la licenciada Veronica Soto quien llamaba urgentemente por que se perdió una audiencia con el juez Anibal Pastrano. Es la misma historia que leí de una persona que escribió antes. No se crean y difundan el famoso número 1-800-339-9105 y si reciben llamadas del área (305). Gracias.

Tambien recibi una llamada de Natalia Ramirez que a perdido mi corte juez Anibal Pacheco que tengo una demanda del Centro Natural por 4000$ pero si le daba 438$ saldaba mi cuenta

La misma historia de Los demas, no acostumbro a contestar llamadas privadas o desconocidas, llamaron a mi cell como por 2 semanas todos Los dias, nunca conteste, finalmente dejaron un correo de voz diciendo que mi papa tenia una demanda y querian saber porque no se habia presentado a la corte, que se comunicara urgentemente al dichoso número 1-800-339-9105, cuando se comunico le dijeron que debia cerca de 4,000 dolares de productos naturales, mi papa pidio una carta por escrito que supuestamente llegara en unos dias, por el momento no Han pedido dinero, pero que bueno que encontre esta pagina, ya puse a mi papa sobre aviso, de veras que triste que haya personas como estas que solo buscan conseguir dinero aprovechandose de los demas, ojala que nadie haya caido en esta trampa de mandarles dinero.

Esto es un fraude y espero que autoridades federales se involucren ya que es grave el delito y mucha gente que no conoce sus derechos caen en esa vil trmpa y espero encontrar el medio adecuado para hacerlo personalmente.

My mom received a phone call as well from that same lady Victoria. She said my mom has a debt and that she is working with a collection agency. She said she can help her out with this debt come to find out its fraud. People please don't send these people any kind of money or information. They all need to get arrested for harassing innocent people like you all and my mom. I also tried calling for my mom ,spoke to her in English and even though she was answering my questions she wanted me to speak Spanish . She was very rude because I didn't want to speak Spanish so she ended  hanging up. Tried calling back 5 times and no answer. Please people be really careful.
