- Katy| 7 repliesI called this company back bc I am a stay at home mom and *stupidly* signed up. The first step is to give them OVER THE PHONE a credit or debit card number to pay for the software that costs 319 dollars. "Mickey," who gives you no number to reach him or name of company claims that your package with training software and data entry software is coming in 14 business days. I am not a stupid person, but was desperate and allowed myself to be tricked. Please don't let them do this to you.
- AppleThank God I didnt call, Thank you guys
It's a scam then - Cherry replies to Katy| 5 repliesYeh I just got caught up in the same scam. Scheduled a test and they called only after I sent an email back to them. Teresa was her name and hung up on me after first question. Told me I couldn't take test again until 4 days later and to reschedule. I have contacted my bank and got phone number for transaction that took the $319.00. 818-547-3890 land line in Glendale, Ca. I will be reporting all the different numbers that I have and also sent additional email to them stating that I was in the process of reporting them and going after my money. Thought it was a legitimate business but we live and learn. Here are all the different numbers involved. 800-341-2673, 877-278-4588 and 818-547-3890 their email that I have is phdservices@gmx.com The person that I have talked to is TERESA and you talk about rude, this lady is the true meaning of the word.
- CherryLets all post whatever information we have on these guys on any and all websites that will take it. Such as Facebook, Myspace and anywhere we can and see if we can stop them. I already turned as many complaints online that I can and and still looking for more. Again their email is phdservices@gmx.com let them hear from us. I am also contacting newspapers for ad to warn about this scam. Anything and everything we can do will cause them problems.
- Melissa from Niles, MII responded to an ad in the Niles Daily Star in Niles, MI. I called the number in the ad asking for typist part time $400 and full time $800. I left my name and number a couple of times and finally, Mickey called me back. He said I could be sent the software package so I can type insurance forms, 1 page, for physicians who outsource. I said that would be fantastic, I would really love to work at home, I'm getting ready to be layed off from my full time job. He said I needed to provide a credit card to pay $289 for the software and I would be sent a package with the instructions. I said I would love to do that, can I check out your website? He said they did not have one. I asked what is your business name? He provided Physicians Data Network. I said can I have an appointment and meet someone in person. He said that would be hard because they are located in Milwaulkee, WI. I said, I guess so, what is your name, he said Mickey. I said what is your last name. He said that is not important, am I interested or not, he is really busy and he has a lot of people to call back. I said I am and I will get my credit card. While I was shuffling around, I was at work in front of my computer and tried to pull their website up with no luck, I told him so. I had to answer a phone call and got back on the phone with him. I asked him his exact website, he wasn't able to tell me. I asked him for references and he said they provide none, their clients are confidential. He said he has plenty of people who want the job do I want it or not. I said let me take your full name and phone number. He gave me Mickey McNeil which I later found was a bicycle rider in Milwaulkee. No business existed in Milwaulkee. I called the number back and it was the same recording. He provided me extension 0 but it looped around to the same recording. I was glad I did not provide any credit card info.

- carrie replies to Fred Quimby| 3 repliesIts a data entry company. My sister has done it for 2 yrs, and I just joined. cant wait.
- cherry replies to carrie| 2 repliesHave you been contacted to take their exam or does your sister work for another company and not this specific one??
- Gina replies to Cherry| 3 repliesI too fell victim to this spam. I am not sure how we can get our money back, but I can tell you one thing for sure, I am going to put a stop on my credit card so no other information can be taken on it from these people. When I asked Mickey what the name of the company was he told me Physician Data Services and the only one I found was in Canton MI and on their website they specifically state that they do not put adds in local papers. I should have gotten a clue right there and then and stopped my card before it was taken out of my account but I have no Idea how to get my money back at this time.
- Cherry replies to Gina| 2 repliesI traced the phone number for the company that debited my account and they don't answer when you call so I have contacted phone company to investigate it. I also did the same thing on the other numbers I have for them.. I have the Newspaper(s) tracing the individual who placed and paid for the ads with them. So I suggest that we all do this oh and by the way they seem to hate to get phone calls leaving messages for them so I will continue to leave messages. Supposedly it backs up their system. I have also turned in to any place I can that takes complaints. We can just keep on them and make them keep looking over their shoulders all the time. What a Life!
- Gina replies to CherryI called them today and told them I had my package (I don't) just seeing if they will call me back. I also got a hold of my bank and they are going to do a fraud ivestigation. Hope it works.

PS
NO NEED TO RESPOND. I wont be back to this site to read it. Just wanted other women to know both me and my sister are happy with this program. - FraudWatchTHIS IS A SCAM. It is run by criminals who put ads in small papers all over the place. they change phone numbers frequently because they are hiding from Law Enforcement.
These are some of the other numbers documented on this site where they have run the SAME FILTHY SCAM

These crooks are well aware of this site and like to make fake posts, like "carrie" who claims she passed some bogus test. Read the other blogs for this SCAM and you will see they post the same kind of lies.
Do not deal with these turds. They will steal your money. They are targeting people who can least afford to get ripped off with FALSE PROMISES of work. You will NEVER get work, you will only lsoe your money and get NOTHING in return. - !@#$%| 1 replyall you stupid [***] just sit here and type type type. annoying. that is why.. dont have kids and dont get married. you will end up like these low life [***] who got nothing better to do.. then type type type and COMPLAIN! losers

We are on to your game. - fraudwatch has sour grapes| 1 replyI investigated and found out FRAUDWATCH is some MORON who got fired over a year ago!!! Now hes mad and spends his time on here making up names and fake negative reports because hes still unemployed.
YOUR NOT FOOLING ANYBODY PAL. I noticed any time somebody says something positive he attacks them using different names and accuses them of being a special agent in a conspiracy plot by the company to infiltrate this site and post comments. YA RIGHT. Anyway, I did the research and Im starting tuesday. - DissatisfiedI called this number which was in my local paper and was told by a Mickey that this is a part time or full time data entry position. I was told that after I paid the 289 for their computer program that I would receive it in 14 business days. I was given a number of 877-278-4588 with a confirmation code. I called that number and left a message asking on the status of my package and had received a call back from a lady which I was away from my phone because I work for a surgery center full time doing Insurance work. (So I think that I would be over qualified for this position. She left a message to have me call back. I proceeded to call back the number and leave a message. I received a call back from a lady and I asked her name and she said Teresa, before I could even ask the status of my software, she told me that I was kicked out of the program because I had been calling and leaving threatining messages. I asked her if they have a recording of these messages and she said no. I would think if I had done so they would have these on a recording. I then asked where the company was located and she said the Man said Wisconsin. I have done some research and did not find a company of the name of Physician Data Services in WI. I asked who the president of the company was and she said we do not have one. I then asked for a supervisor and I was told that she was the supervisor. She kept stating over and over that they are a legitimate business.. The kicker was I asked since I was kicked out of their program if I could get my money back. I did tell her that I had canceled my card (because I have been a victim of identity theft in the past). She said there is no way to get your money back to you. I said to her you have my name and address could she send a cashiers check or money order. She told me that could not be done because if I tried to get money back through my bank, that I would get double money back and then she hung up on me. I and believing with my whole heart that this is not a legitimate company.
and they are a SCAM and I do not want my identity stolen again.- Caller: Physician Data Services
- FraudWatch replies to fraudwatch has sour grapesYou investigated nothing and have no idea who I am.
Read the other blogs for the same scam you've been running, you spend a lot of time here don't you? Your incoherent style of "communication" is a common thread.
Tell us who you are -- if this were legit, you would want to tell EVERYONE about it and you would be proud. You won't reveal names or addresses because then you would be headed for JAIL. You'll go eventually because you've irritated more people than you know in ways that might surprise you.
Does your mom know you steal for a living? You know it, I know it, and your victims sure know it. Why don't you give her a call tonight and FESS UP?
