- brittanycaller did not leave a message and has been calling my number. They keep asking for a Susan who is not at this number. Mr. Toro at extension 4145, stated that he expected my call. Well, I don't know Susan, I will not be calling for her, and it is clearly rude to tell someone you expect them to do something - they are not my keeper! STOP CALLING!!! No company name was left on the message - so I dont know WHO they are - but they better get their act together.

- meMonica called and claimed she just needed to clarify some more things before she completed my request. I don't even know a monica. left phone number to call as 800-345-3045 and extension 4022 and a file number to reference. Came in on my phone as RESTRICTED

- JustRussNice try- "Robo- Simone" [pronounced "See-Moan"] a fake phone number provided as a "local" state call doesn't work on the smart/initiated. Local numbers almost always have an ID to them [at least, where I live] and only the most major corporations or BILL COLLECTION SCUM have unidentifiable "local" numbers.
Folks- be on the look-out for a number that comes up on your Caller ID as "407-287-6140" because it's a bot-line; strictly bought-n-paid for by the parasites at ARS National "Services".
They won't mention their business [FCC illegal] they won't mention the reason/"nature" for their call [FCC illegal] and calling them back at the 1-800 number now puts you on the immediate defensive as YOU are now the INITIATOR of the call.
If you don't know the number- don't answer the phone.- Caller: ARS National Services

- PepperReceived a vm msg from Amber, at my work, on a SATURDAY. She didn't say for which company she was calling. What? These folks are a joke!! BTW- It was well worth me changing my cellphone number so that I didn't get all the calls and hangups all day (plus, my text msg weren't free!). I could not stand the fact that they were using my minutes (they do that on purpose as well). So I changed my number. Now the only number they have is my work number and soon, I will be sending out the 'cease and desist' letters. So if they want to contact me, it will have to be by mail. I hope you all will do the same. If we make the bottom feeders play the rules, then they will be out of the game soon, because they won't be able to benefit financially. Trust me on this one.

- Elysa| 1 replyMessage left on my machine for my mother in law (who is 6 states away) to call 800-345-3045. Called from a different number. The message said it was Sam Jones from the IRS. I have no idea if this is BS or what but I don't appreciate them calling me. They've been calling for months with no message; I thought it was a telemarketer.
- Caller: IRS?
- whateverCalled said his name was Eli (no company name, no reason for the call) said he wanted to discuss matter on his desk before making decision). Left toll free number 800 345 3045. Number comes up restricted

- annoyedDon't have caller ID, but over the past couple of years I get these calls (on voice mail, since I rarely answer the phone) always asking to call this 800 number back. The caller always asks for the same person (some name I do not know), and says they are from ARS. I called back a couple times over a year ago, and both times they said they would make sure the calls would stop. They never did. At this point, I don't bother to call back. But I may follow the advice from a previous post, and send a cease-and-desist letter.

- RoyCalled me today. The call came up Restricted they asked for me by name. Didn't say what company they represented, but lift a message saying "My name is Mike, got some good news for you give me a call, Thank you" @ 800-345-3045 X4040. I have a good news too. It's called I'm not going to call and going to report you to the FCC and down load the recording for my lawyer and for the FCC to hear. Nice try Mike!

- Roy replies to ElysaThe IRS would never call you. The IRS would send you a letter about what ever the issue is about and would give a support number to call. Keep the recored message and call the IRS to share this with them.
- RoyFiled a complaint with with FTC not the FCC about this issue and told me that they are in complete violation of the fair credit act.

- Annoyed2These people had the nerve to call me at my place of employment. Also, they are trying to collect on a debt that is past the statute of limitations on collections. The collector tried to act like she's my friend trying to help me out. I will be reporting them to the Attorney General and filing a complaint. They are in violation of the Fair Credit Act.

- Mrs. MLisa from this number called for my daughter. Left a message. My daughter has not used our phone number since she was in high school, and they never left a name of the company they work for. Find it odd that they researched to find our phone number.
- Joe replies to John| 1 replyI got the same call Doug Hatch was his "name" from ARS. Wanted to talk about my file and needed to do it quickly so he could respond to his client. What a douche. The number he called from was 443-701-9111 which in our area (MD) would be a cell number. I think we should all call him back on his cell around 2am and see how he is doing. Will post back if I get him.
- Annoyed in CAJames Lundgren called me at 800-345-3045 ext 4070. He said he was from ARS and stated, "You are going to want to call me back immediately so that I can help you out..." Sounded very Creepy and the fact that he is telling me what to do annoyed me.

- jane replies to JoeI got a phone call from doug today from "ARS". He called from a Plano, TX number for my mother in law who doesn't even have our home number said she's been giving it out as a reference number. I knew that was a bunch of bull because she doesn't have that number, I know that they just looked up our last name because it isn't that common and started calling.I told him to stop calling he got rude i told him he can stop calling my house and no need to be rude he kept asking if i took down his number and i said it didn't matter if i did or not because she is not at this residence and she can not be reached here. He asked over and over if i took down his extension and i told him no. He then hung up on me cause he knew he wasn't getting anywhere with me.
