they called me at 10:30 at night asking for my daughter.  I didn't answer, they left a message.  original number on caller ID was 615-315-2669.  said they were Ford Motor Credit

Called me at work and left a message asking for my spouse. Did not state the company they represent or what they were calling about. Simply stated their hours and said, "Return this business call." If it is Ford Motor Credit, doesn't make sense since we're up-to-date on our loan.

called almost 30x in past 3 days. I called back and was asked to enter account number or SSN!!! They do NOT give you an opportunity to speak with a rep! They hangup after I answered! Their automated system does NOT say Ford Motor Credit!

What a LOUSY way of doing business!

4 calls in 48 hours. man who spoke broken english kept asking questions that made no sense. I called the # back and asked for a supervisor, they hung up on me.

Thank you.  I know you are right.  I hate it when they don't tell you where they are from.

Received numerous calls from 615-315-2800 on my cell. They leave an automated vm msg to call the 800 number. I have answered the call a couple of times and tried to explain they have the wrong person. I can't even understand the individuals name they ask for when the call. I give up these people are idiots! They should get correct contact info before you hassle the wrong person!

It's either some really poorly handled Indian outsourced office, or they're running a scam to get financial information out of you. Be careful.

Just called.  I didn't answer  They left message.  It was hard to understand the broken english.  Just told me to call   If it is Ford Credit well that's funny cause I don't have a car loan or own a Ford.  I won't be calling them back.  Well see if they call again

Got a message to call ford credit at this number, much different than their usual messages.

They called a work number, and left a message, only said my name and to call back at this number, they did not state where they were from, we called the 800 number and they have no record of us at Ford Credit offices-as we don't have a loan.

Just got a call, guess their message started playing as soon as the answering machine pickeded up, only the phone number got repeated twice. If this is Ford Credit, haven't had a Ford in many years and that car was financed by my credit union. All loans are paid for and never a late payment. Hmmm, could be something to do with my EX DIL, she is very bad with her credit and we had calls to no end from Pinnacle Financial trying to get a hold of her, that is why I monitor my calls, thank goodness for caller I.D.

Called it back the automated machine did state it was Ford Credit and I would need to enter my SS # or the Acct # No option to speak to some live person.  The message on my machine was an Indian man who I could barely understand...had to listen to the message 4 times before I got the number right and he never did state what company he is from.  We do have 2 vehicles financed with them, but no late issues. Plus the number on my caller ID was totally different from the number I was to call back to. Makes me question if it is really Ford!

Got calls from them. Don't have any loan with Ford Credit. My last Ford was in the 1980's Was a lemon. Paid it off never bought another Ford . Don't have any outstanding loans. All loans paid off including mortgage. If they are asking you for your SSN to get credit card info or credit card info they are crooks and they need to be reported to the FCC, police  and the Attorney General

This unknown calling service has left numerous voicemails asking for my ssn. Hahaha with no human operator to talk to just an automated call center. If it was legit wouldnt there be a human operator to talk to. I call bs ob the whole thing. In their voicemail they give no reason why they are calling just the 1 800 number for me to call back.

This is a fishing attempt and they attempt to convince you to give them personal information for the purpose of identity theft.  Somehow they are getting basic information that I have a loan through Ford Motor Credit.  I called FMC through their legitimate number listed on their website and they said they do not do business this way.  They will not call you with a recorded message for you to call back.  If you call the number you will likely get some shady foreign call center and they will pressure you for information.  Call FMC direct if you are unsure.

Same as other post. Caller left message on my work phone with just first name and advised it was very important that I call her back at the 800 number. No other info. I was late on my Ford credit payment so it made sense Ford would call but strange they left no details to identify who they were and as previous posts the caller had a heavy foreign accent.
