Calls and hangs up.

After I picked up the phone an automated voice creepily said a full name (first/middle/last) three times in a row, very fast, and then hung up.

Not related to progressive insurance company.
It is progressive financial services doing debt collection.
They called twice to three times a day for a week and only said a persons full name and then hung up.
I looked up the phone number and call back to the phone number to company to try to get them to stop. The manager stated it was against the law to give the company's name and phone number on the message. This appears to be a scam.

Got a call, and the recorded message repeated my first, middle and last name 8 times in a row quickly, and then hung up. I agree it is a creepy voice. Maybe the aliens have landed.  In any event, I am putting a block on their number so they can't bother me again.

got the call said Frank Scott about 4 times and hung up.   I think it might be the CIA trying to secretly encode my brain to kill someone named Frank Scott.  I'm looking up foreign dignitaries named Frank Scott.  I have to warn them

John Jones and female repeated until it hangs up on itself-no idea who these people are. Lasts long enough to leave a lengthy voicemail. Anyone know how to make it stop? I have received a call at least once a day for about a month now.

For the last three weeks I've been getting a phone call and when I answer or listen to the voicemail I hear automated gibberish and when I call them they ask for an account number! I've told them to stop calling me but they don't! I got THREE today!
