This just appeared on my phone bill as well.

(see 866 484 3450) ATT identified them as KEY CLUB SAVE LLC, a voicemail service that I did not order.

I found a 16.85 charge on my phone bill from Key Club Save LLC.  I called and found out it is an enhanced voice mail service that I never ordered.  I had then immediately remove it.

This is apparently a big scam that keeps getting repeated under different names, phone numbers, services (voicemail, etc.) and through websites that when you click on them, you automatically apply for it.

This suddenly appeared on my phone bill for $14.95 from Key Club Save, LLC, but I DID NOT ORDER IT.

The wife clicked on the link and we did not notice the charge on the phone bill for 6 months, so were out $ 14.95 a month for nothing. Call the customer service and they will refund a months charges ??? If we had signed up for it why would they refund any thing ?? They have no information about who the corporate officers are, imagine that!!! What a pure RIP OFF.

I also found this just thismonth but it has been on my bill for months. I have free long distance through AT&T with free voicemail.They told me I signed up for this online. DAH HOW COULD I WHEN THE BILL IS IN MY HUSBANDS NAME??? I am so pissed off. Does Richard Bluementhal know about this?? I also got a shut off notice from AT&T and paid the full amount due. My next bill showed a late charge of $20.00 .I get charged every month a flat 1.5% late fee This is all AT&T ripping off customers.

I also found this on my phone bill this month and, like others have reported, it has been on there for several months.  I'm glad I'm not alone in not noticing this.  Anyway, I called AT&T, they couldn't help me, referred me to the third party biller.  I called the third party biller at 1-888-298-3724 and they wouldn't help me.  They referred me to key club save at 1-800-347-0854.  They even transferred me to them twice which resulted in being disconnected.  When calling 800-298-3724 you can never get a connection just an all circuts are busy recording.  Finally AT&T told me to call the FCC number listed on my telephone bill.  I called them and filed a case.  After filing the FCC case I called the third party biller back, asked for a manager and told them I had filed an FCC case.  They agreed to issue a credit for the full amount.  Funny how they were willing to help me after I turned them into the FCC.

I suggest you all file a case with the FCC.  Maybe you'll get your money back.  The # for the FCC is 800-225-5322.

the real number for the fcc is 888 225 5322 not 800

i also had a charge on my phone bill from 1-800-347-0854, when i called about it all i got was a recording stating to leave my name and number and they would call back.

Key Club Save, LLC is a total scam!!! Call to remove immediately!

i also got a charge on my att phone bill for oct. i know what my att bill should be so when i saw the extra money, i printed up my bill. yep, there was a 14.95 charge for key club save llc-voicemail monthly fee. i called the 800-347-0854 & got person to talk to. she told me that i set up the acct 9/23(which i didn't). she said that the account was set up with my yahoo email address. whoever set it up had to makeup a security question and used their mother's maiden name. i told the key club person that's not my "mama". anywho, i am supposed to get a refund in a couple of billing cycles. we will see. i have a cancellation #. i'm not going to hold my breath.
