Snail Mail offer about mortgage loan modification.  It is NOT your bank.

DO NOT contact these people.  They are some sort of scam that pulled your finance information from puplic records and pretend to represent your bank.  If it sounds too good to be true - it is!  Stay away.

Be careful. Pay close attention. Received a notice in the mail to call 1-800-354-2719. My name was spelled incorrectly. Mortgage amount wrong. Bank mortgage # not on notice. Your bank logo missing. Take the "don't call me, I'll call you" attitude these days. Go by your gut. Always google or perform further reasearch..Be careful and if you are desperate, call your bank to vefify. Seems like they are refraining from phone calls to mailings.

My parents received a letter from this company with the telephone number listed.  On the letter there is no company name.  They want personal information and promise you the world.  My gut says they are not a reputable company.  Seniors beware!!!!  Do you even know who this company is, where they are located and are they registered to business?
