Anyone heard of this call number? They didnt leave a message

It is a collection agency.

No message when (800) 354-4108 called me, either. I've no idea who it is.

I got a call from them i called them back at 8 pm at night nobody answered but they said it was a school agency

I got a call from there too and it was a collection person asking for me directly, its a phishing attempt I think since I don't have any past due accounts or deliquencies

they just before 9 pm. left no message

They called my cell 3 times in over FIVE minutes and I did not answer.  Very annoying.  Another BS scam thing.  Just ignore and don't answer.  Our elected officials should figure out a way to stop this already as the DO NOT CALL list does not help with these 800 calls and what is more annoying is that it rings on the cell phone which can be quite inconvenient at times especially while I am at work in meetings or giving presentations.

missed a call from this number, they left no message.  When i called back a man answered and knew who i was based on my number.  He said the agent trying to call me was not available.  He said he would be able to help me and that he needed to verify my identity by asking me some questions.  He started to ask what my address was.  I asked what this was about and he said this is "UCP" on a private matter.  I proceeded to ask for my address.  I told him that i would need to know what this was in regards to before i could provide any type of private information.  He says he can just have the agent call me back.  I do believe this is a phishing scam.

missed a call from this number, no message left. I did not return the call because if this is important there must be a message left, then I googled this phone number

Received several calls on my cell. Didn"t answer since my cell's used for numbers I'm familiar with. Left an URGENT message on cell @ 8:23 am informing me it was an attempt to collect a debt. Gave company name of: United Collection Bureau, Inc.

A political call for Hillary Clinton.

I received 3 calls from 1-800-210-0453 about a debt collection on my house phone.  This caller from United Collection Bureau, Inc. spoke in regards to collecting a bill.  They did not use a name for anyone in particular in their message which is even more suspicious.  The asked us to call back at 1-800-354-4108.  I purposely called late to see what their "answering machine" may sound like and it was the same voice that left us the 3 messages.  For a legit company this is highly unlikely that the calling "agent" would actually be their machine voice.  Sounds like a fly by night company with one or two people phishing for info and money.  Also since we just purchased a new vehicle after the calls started and our credit scores were great, this is most definitely a scam.

Political robocall for future President Hillary Clinton.

Number called and left a voicemail that said they were United Debt Collection. They gave me the 8003544108 number to call back. They did not mention my name or info regarding debt in the voicemail. I didn't call back.

Someone called looking for me and left that same number and ask me to call back and ask for a Latisha Ortega. Ask her what it was regarding and she said for “personal business matter”. I do have an outstanding debt but I’m getting mixed review on whether it’s a scam or not. Do I call back? Are they a legitimate agency?

"Patricia" left 2 messages on my home phone number that "I need to call immediately" involving a debt I owe... please call 1-800-354-4108. Since the only debt I owe is my mortgage and I am not behind on it.. yea.. scam.

I got a call at 2am. The caller laughed like a crazy person. My husband got the sledge hammer ready. Crazy stupid people doing pranks.

Received call 6 days ago. was from United Dept Collection. No followup letter received. probable phishing activity.

Said they are from a debt collection agency.  First two times they left the scripted message they hung up halfway through because woman kept screwing up wording. Same name calling but different voices.
