I was hit with the same nonsense and I am going to do something about it. I am thinking we should all get together and suit them. I already have attorneys ready to back me/us. if anyone in interested in joining me please make a posting.

Exactly the same drill as the others. Two texts a few minutes apart.

These people are absolutely stupid!!!  Called them 3 times to stop service, and they would not give me a refund.  Said they were "expediting my concerns". Claims ordered service.  Never did, and they won't give a refund.  It's been 5 days, still no response.  FYI, your cell phone provider will not give you a refund either.  They said you have to deal with these idiots!!!  Have your cell phone provider block this from your phone.

If you reply, you will be hit with 9.99 cents on your cell phone bill as other service provider charges...It happened to me. And there is another 9.99 bill from ringtone something....call your carrier immediately and get it blocked and deny that you signed up with them...because it is true.

I got a text from 654654 so I called Alltel and they blocked the number for me. I sent a text back saying STOP and they replied back stating I'm not a subscribed member...WTF is that. I had Alltel block all text messages that have a charge. This is such a scam!!!!

2 minutes later I go another one...

 Hey I called the 800# and told them when I get one more text message from them I would be filing a complaint with the FCC for unsolicited Text messages and posting a link here to the FCC complaint site. First person named Jean, I asked for the manager, finally got a person named Naomi. They asked for my number which I simply stated, they already had it, because they are texting me and this is how I got the 800 number I am calling.

 I don't know if their is a specific site for cell phones or not, but do know that I listed our cell phones along with the home phone when we enrolled on the do not call lists. I am sure the FCC could give them a little squeeze.
 Now that the have used a couple of my messages for the month, how do I get them back? I am sure my carrier will give them back to me......   LOL

Finally got a confirming e-mail stopping service.  Amazing:  they still are giving me a chance to win 50,000.  Only have to reply to e-mail.  Looks like they have you coming and going.  We need to shut them down.  E-mail also said the 9.99 was non-refundable, and have a nice day!!!  We have got to shut them down!!!!

I received the same thing as everyone else. I don't subscribe to ANY text or phone services and my cell phone is on the No Call list. It started today out of nowhere. I'm filing a complaint with the FCC as well.

I went to the website that was listed and they stated they do not know who PredictoMobile is. I have tried calling these people and sent e-mails but am still being charged for a service I know nothing about. This is awful and I am sick of it.
