- Annoyed| 1 replyThey called at 10:46 a.m. This is probably another scam phone call. I didn't bother to pick it up.
- MikeIts from Wells Fargo Financial Services...got one today..I was late on a payment to them unfortunately. Embarassing but true.
- Caller: Wells Fargo Financial
- CLI have received 7 phone calls from 800-373-5070 asking for a Miguel Rodgriguez. They call my business cell phone, which no one has outside of my office. The call initiates with a computer message about "special account information" and then a real person picks up the call, apologizes and says they will take my number off of their system. But the calls continue.
- AnnoyedWe have two accounts with Wells Fargo Financial Services, so when they fist started leaving us messages, I thought it was legit. It's just a sales call. Every month they call, over and over and over again.

- BeckyI have been getting phone calls from Wells Fargo because I am late on my payment. Does anyone know if we can ask them to contact us only by mail? I know the payment is late. If I had the cash, it wouldn't be late. But they harrass.
- Caller: Wells Fargo

- nick| 1 replyYep....It's wells fartgo calling 7 days a week.
- LauraThey called 3x in the last 3 days on my cell, which I don't give out except to friends. I don't have an acct with them, am not late with any bills. I haven't picked up since I do not recognize the #, they left no msg.
- ronYes, calls every day and 2 or 3 times on Sunday even up until 7:55 PM!
- Caller: Wells Fargo
- ANNOYEDYes, they called me 5 times today on my cell btwn 12pm and 4:19pm. They don't leave a message; I never gave out my cell number to anyone other than family and friends. Matter of fact, they just called again. This time they left a message in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish!
- Caller: WELLS FARGO
- JayYes, they called me three times, everyday in the morning. I didn't bother to pick it up either.

- sue| 1 replyI don't answer when it says the caller's ID is "unavailable". They don't lrave a message. They just call and call. They should be made to identify themselves via caller ID.
- Ronnie| 2 repliesThey call and hang up with no message if no one answers. i suggest doing the same thing to them. It's an 800 number. Call them as many times a day as you can and whether they answer or not, hang up. Call over and over!
- Teresa replies to Ronnie| 1 replyExcellent Idea Ronnie!!!! That ought to drive their phone bill really high.
They are annoying. My payment takes 6 days to get them (so they say..I mail it 7 days and they still say they don't get it on time!). I cannot wait until I am done with them. I will never purchase another thing that has financing through their company.
They are horrible to deal with not to mention what they are doing to my credit rating when they report me as 'late" every month - DanaGetting the same calls. I know now to check out the blogs on a company before ever making a deal in the future. I love being able to share our aggrevations with these stupid companies.

- some girlI need to know from you all if you the numbers are coming up on your cell phone with an area code other than 800-373-5070. Because, i am getting them from 618-373-5070. 618 is my area code here in illinois where i am. These people are asking for Mary Ann Acord. the weird thing is i am 22 and have never had a credit card...in fact, i am on my mother's car insurance...in other words, i have no financial accounts of my own and have made no large purchases in my life, this is why i am confused....there is no reason for a Wells Financial Group to be after me.
- some girl againok scratch that...i got this number mixed up, it actually IS 800-373-5070, not 618. sorry for the confusion. so yeah i am in the same boat as you all. but i guess my question is, from what i can tell most of you actually did owe this company something. what's getting me is, I DON'T. so i guess this "mary ann acord" person that 800-373-5070 is trying to reach gave out a fake contact number, my cell phone. And that's why i am getting calls. I guess my question is, if i ignore it, will it stop? for a while i didn't have a voicemail set up on my cellphone until a week before these calls started, when my mom had me set up a voicemail. so now they have a new way to annoy me--voicemail. i think next time they call i am going to mention that i found this site where other victims have reported the barrage of calls in a single day, tell them i am not mary accord, and see what they tell me. but the calls are starting to piss me off.
- dYou can request that they only contact you by mail, but that will not stop all the calls. They call my cell phone and I had never given them the number. I am being called at least 10 times a day from 8:30am
to 9pm by several different people from Wells Fargo Financial all for $6.11 for a late charge. They are not very nice people and say they have the right to call any time they want. If there was a way to block their calls I would.- Caller: Wells Fargo Financial
- KyleThe people working for these call centers may try and hide behind the old "I'm only trying to do my job" line, but if they had one single ounce of respect for themselves they'd be too ashamed to work for these damn vultures! I had a job once selling furniture as I was trying to get through college. When the holiday season ended I was told that I would have to move to the stores collection department until sales picked up. After just one phone call I knew I could not be the voice on the other end of the phone. It quite literally made me sick to my stomach. I'm not a religous man by nature, but for the sake of punishing those that would profit from the misery of the old and poor, I earnestly hope there is such a place as hell.
