Caller calls and says they are with cardmember services and they give you the last 4 digits of your credit card and they know your phone number from caller id. they say that your late on payments and want to go ahead and get those caught up and proceed to try and get you to pay over phone.

This is a legit company, I made payment to my US Bank account with them, and it posted in 2 days...Do a little research instead of writing it off as a scam....

I got a call from this number a couple times. I'm pretty sure it's probably a debt collector. Strange thing thou is the caller Id says "Disney Mobile" which I found rather curious.

They call repeatedly every time I answer line is dead!  Why do they bother calling if they are not on other end, seems like harassment to me.

It is a legit US Bank number. Messages left from 3 different people/extentions at this main number over the past few weeks. Only one said "Cardmember Services" without saying it was US Bank cardmember services. We are behind on payment so I am not suprised they are calling...

US Bank collections department.  Do NOT talk to these people.  One 3 minute call (and my promise to pay my $125 the following month - as scheduled) resulted in them setting up an auto-debit against my checking account for $125.  I did NOT authorize that.

Spent 4+ hours on the phone with customer support to get that turned off.  It took 3 months.  They never did refund my money (or my bounced check charges).

When denied to give SS number they got threatning. Credit score  would be affected and they wanted info of someone who moved 10 years ago.  Keep calling and no-one there.  I called back and was told that they are so busy thats why they used automated dialing.  I confronted them and they would not give ma any information who they were. Just "card services". sounded like off shore scam artists.

I also had these calls. I hung up the first time when they said they were "recording the conversation" for internal supervision. NO ONE SHOULD EVER AUTHORIZE SOMEONE TO RECORD A CONVERSATION.

After reading the issues others have had with this group I have used the "call forwarding" features of my phone company to FORWARD the number back to their own number. Sometimes I might hear a "beep" but now it doesn't even register on the answering machine.

IF these people have legitimate business they should send you a REGISTERED LETTER.
