Who are they? You can't call back and no one is there when you answer

It's continental finance calling. They called and left a message for me after the number called a few times without leaving one. I believe it's for collection.

These people are rude as they are stupid.  They call and call and call, and hang up more than half the time.  They also switch tactics by calling from another number: (866) 449-4530  I have been told that they threaten people if they miss ONE credit card payment LAME!

They called someties 3 times a day, even while I was recovering from 3rd and 4th degree burns from a rocket explosion....Would not even give me a chance to heal!
So they are not going to speak to me, and I have filed many complaints with the FTC, guess The Police will pick up the slack now, they said if it continued they would, and being the Continental Finance has an ofice in FL (where I am), then someone can physically go to JAIL!
I am picking up the phone as soon as I write this, and getting it started!

They called me to collect and my payment wasn't even due yet. The calls started 4 days before payment was due. It's not late or over the limit either! I just opened the darn thing and already the harassment has started. They call from this number (1-800-394-0368) and another one (1-866-449-4530) and always want you to call a different number (1-877-211-5206).

They call me four times a day..morning, late morning, afternoon, and late at night. And even on Saturday and Sunday. I thought federal law says that collectors weren't suppose to call on the weekends and after eight. so, they're violating federal law. something needs to be done.

I have a CURRENT account with Continental Finance and they call me EVERY month, everyday until my payment is due.  It drives me crazy. I have had this account for a while now trying to rebuild my credit, and have yet to be late with a payment.  Most months my payment is around a week early, always online so I know that the payment is paid. I am beginning to think it was a mistake to open an account with this company.  STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!!!

I do have a card with company,but I'm still within my payment grace period,my bill due on the 11th , mailed payment on the 13th , should arrive between 15th - 16th. They do not honor your grace period , they
are not following FTC Guidelines for the Fair Credit Act, which States
a collector can not call , if you inform them to write you. I have stopped all other collection call, by filing for free with the FTC via a complaint form, so I will have to do it once more, if you can help also it would be appreciated.

Me too.  The first month they called three times a day every day starting a week before the bill was due.  Now this month they have been calling for a week and I don't even have a balance due.  Drives me nuts.  I've had the card for almost a year and have not been late once.

They can call on weekends but not before eight am or after nine pm.....

called me at work and I told them they are not allowed to bother me at my place of work and they said they can and will untill I pay sad thing is I don't even have an account with them never had and never will but they don't seem to get the big picture!!!!!!!!!!!

Someone please give us the info to filling a complaint with these people. Absolutely rude to call about payment arrangements when payment is not even due yet! By the way, they are NOT a collection agency. They are a credit card company. If you have not done business with them, file a police report!

i keep getting calls from these people too, im 15 and they keep calling during school or when im at practice. i havent joined that group or whatever you guys are talking about but im tired of those calls in school, they usually call once a day but its always around 5th or 6th period once during practice.

Keep getting calls from 1-800-394-0368 or 866-449-4530. They are obviously verry verry dumb. Every time I answered the phone thy would ask for the same person (obviously somebody gave them the wrong number). I repeatedly politely told them sobody had given them the wrong number and that they delete my number from their database. They still called. So, I called them, found out they were Continentental Finance, asked them to remove my phone from their database. Five minutes later anothe brainless person called.  Next time answer the phone and ask them if they are dumb LOUDLY

These people keep calling for another person.  I told them that this phone does NOT belong to that person and I don't know that person.  They are still harassing me about 10-15 times per day.  Sometimes when I answer they hang up immediately.  I have tried calling back and never get anyone.  I am tired of having to screen my calls otherwise I get pissed off and my blood pressure rises.

I have now been receiving calls from them every TEN minutes ALL day long for the past month straight. I know it's Continental Finance but I need to report them to the FTC.  How does one do this?

How do i permanently block this number calling me ? sOMETIMES I GET 3-10 CALLS A DAY  this is rediculous!
