Received numerous calls from this number...leaving same message They say this is not a sales call please call 800-394-7523 and use this reference code.  I called number, 1st spoke to male with Nigerian type accent who answered UCB. Wouldn't disclose what kind of company they were.  Transferred me to another number...female answered with American accent...when I demanded her name she changed her voice to mexican accent and said her name was Maria...would not give me info regarding who the organization was...I mentioned I was going to report her...she yelled go ahead and hung up.  Tired of receiving these calls and messages, considering complaint to FCC

Called this number back...it is United Collection Bureau.....He was removing my number from their system.  Apologized for other co-workers behavior.

Get a call from 800-394-7523 every day for a month now, says this is not a sales call, they have important business to discuss and leave reference number of 70090282. Call back and they say it's UCB. on my caller id it says, unknown name unknown number. What the heck is this? Do they get paid if you call back? Is that it. I don't know. It's all a mystery to me.

I receive this message Mon - Fri at 8:36 am.  They only call once a day.  I have decided to just ignore it until A: get a letter or B: have a real person call. I did search that United Collectioin Bureau and none of their 800 numbers match this number.  When I called them the message was more business like.  So I remain stumped.  (We are just ignoring the call)

I get the call every day and refuse the dial the 1-800 number.  Now hearing that it is a collection agency really makes me want to ignore it.  If this is a valid collection (it's not) then they can send me a note.

We receive at least one call daily from this company. Caller ID says "unknown". Message on recorder identifies this number to call back indicating that it is not a sales call.

Who are these people and what do they want?? If they are bill collectors as mentioned by "stop the madness", why don't they just send me a letter??

I got a call from a very similar number but the prefix was 331 not 800.  He stated he was a long lost friend and headed here to San Felipe, Baja, Mexico and he was a friend of mine.  He asked, do you know who this is.  He didn't ask for money yet but I am sure a follow up call is coming.

Quite a few people here in San Felipe got the call.  I understand it is a cell phone over in Main Land Mexico.  

It is weird that the last 7 digits are the same.
