I keep getting these calls from this number. They never leave a message and call my cell phone 5-10 times a day. I paid my bill to HSBC and I even checked today to see if they even had my cell number and they didn't so I am getting a little pissed off. I have answered a couple of times and got nothing.

I have been getting 3-5 calls a days from this number for over a week, they call me by my name but always have different addresses or where I live and wrong birth date. They say  I am late with my Visa or Master Card payments and don't even have credit cards with HSBC. All the calls are in spanish.
Is there a way to sue these bastards? and stop the harassement?

These doushbags call my house everyday!!! I answer only to get a cold hangup, total shithead shady company

I get 6 to 7 calls from these dumb a**es every day and I am tired of it, I dont even have a card with these people I am fixing to pursue legal action on this matter because it is so stupid i mean they called me 6 times on my wedding day and honeymoon and when i answer noone is there it is stupid. they need to stop

They call me four or five times a day but no one is there when  I answer. I finally googled the number which led me to here. Yes, I am late but gosh they could at least answer the stupid phone and talk to me. Its infuriating. I just made a partial payment. Will make another in next week and another to catch me up the following week but they are irritating beyond belieg.

From Sunday May 6th at 8:00am to May 9th (and counting) they have called a total of 27 times within those 4 days!!! I did not answer b/c if it was important they would leave a message- which they did not. Need I say more!

Keeps calling all day asking for a guy that does not live here. I have told them NEVER to call again!! Who are these people

They called me as many as 11 times in one day.  They refuse to listen.  They are rude and they call me Jeremy.  I have no accounts with them.  I am not in debt. This is truly harassment.

I had a HSBC card a year ago and canceled it about a month ago but now they are calling me saying i owe them money for intrest on a un payed balance it is $.05 and i have to pay a minimum of $5.  so i told them to stop calling me and close the F****** Account cause they will save taht amount cause they are waisting their time.

over 125 calls in one month remove my number or after investigating i will prosiute and sue to the fullest THIS NUMBER IS ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST
