A lady named Joanna ross called me looking on health insurance, i didn't have my parents with me to back me up so i i had no idea what to do, i don't know how she received my cell number and i gave her my info, i feel really bad now, i think something might happen that I'll end up regretting, i just need help. She said she was from blue cross blue shield. and also something mentioning about healthcare national marketing

1-800-396-7683 ext.3030 is the number I was given by a lady that called to offer health insurance (unsolicited call). The phone number that actually recorded on my caller ID was 423-237-7420. The lady said that her name was Tawnya, agent ID 4031, and she offered BlueCross BlueShield of TN Silver plan  S19E. The call ended because I did not feel comfortable giving personal info, such as date of birth to an unsolicited caller, who I really dont know who actually is.

I had a dental insurance And neede to cancel it because I found that I am paying money every month but don't get the coverage so I called my agent to cancel it who made a three way call to this number taking to Anjalina who gives us a hard time and hang up on us. I got a voice message from phone number 727-846-7164 this morning asking to call back usin the 800 extension 3076 I called back and asked her to cancel the dental insurance policy, instead of respect my request she started talking explaining the benefits of the insurance, so far it looks reasonable, so my reply to her is for me it is not benefit and I need to cancel it , for about 15 minutes she repeated the same scenario without giving me any chance to talk, I asked my husband to try to explain to her but she keeps talking in a very rode way my husband asked her to transfer the call to a manager, she gives us a very hard time for another 20 minutes, when my husband insist on calling a manager she canceled the insurance and said " your wife's policy canceled and have a nice weekend " after he refused to end the call she transferred the call to Jina who after listening promised to take care of our complain and will contact him afterward. It was a very bad experience we never went through before, normally the operators are picked up very carefully because they are the face of the company which doesn't apply for this company

Received a phone call from # 513-275-4491.  A man simply said "hello" and did not say at first who he represented.  I said hello again and then said "yes?"  He asked my name and said he was calling concerning eligibility for Dental Insurance.  He asked if I was interested in Dental Insurance.  I agreed to speak to someone.  I was transferred to Misty who gave me a description of the insurance benefits and then asked for my address to send me the booklet.  I said I needed to speak to my husband before I agree to anything and asked for her number.  She would not give me her number without first creating an argument concerning why I needed to speak to my husband. Finally, after I insisted on speaking to him first, she relinquished the 1-800 #.
