This is AmeriLoan. they're constantly calling my place of employment for payment on loans that I do not nor have ever taken out with them.

Same deal. Autodialler.  What on earth do they expect to achieve by harassing people who don't have any business with them?

Constant calls.  I had business with this company long ago, but satisfied the loan on time and have never used them since.

Same here - had a loan with this company over 4 years ago, and 4 years later, they are still calling me.  I paid the loan off according to the laws of my state - they are NOT legally operating in many states - check with your state government to find out what the laws are regarding internet payday loans. Many states require the company to have a physical presence in the states they're lending into - regardless of what the company says on their website (many will say they are only bound by the laws of their own state). I advised this company long ago that they had received all the money I was going to send them, and that they were operating illegally in my state - they laughed and said they'd just keep hounding me until the day I died - and that's a quote from their rep that called me. Nice customer service, Ameriloan.

keeps calling my landline, hurracement calls every hour.

Received a call from AML FC - telling me to call them at 800-404-8721 I called back numerous of times and just go into a voice-mail without a name,  I have satified any money I owe and I did take paid day loan out with them several years ago and PDL Assistance satisfied the payment, they continue to call and harrase me.

I just got a call from them I don't know who they are total scam and I wish they would get caught I notify my police department
