Stop calling

They keep calling me!!!! And they are looking for Elliana Fernanchez.
I am getting very annoyed, and want this to stop.

I have asked you repeatedly to stop calling my cell phone.  The person you are trying to call is not at the cell phone number any longer.  I am going to report it now as harrasment!  AGAIN DO NOT CALL [removed].  That person no longer has this number and you are costing me money.  If you wish I can sue you if that will make you stop!  I have a log of every call you have made so I know I will cause you a fine.  I am not that person!

This is also a collection company for Cox Communications.  I called them back and they are trying to collect on my outstanding Cox balance of $12.53.

Its a collection agency. They called and I ignored. Called them back afterward to find out what they wanted. I usually harass them if they ask me for any info as im a skeptic of anyone calling me. They pulled my info from caller ID and didn't ask me any personal questions at all. They knew all my info and what I owed without me providing them with any info. The lady I talked to was polite and quick to setup a payment plan on my PG&E bill I knew had been  in collections.

Pay your debt!!!

While i understand the job sucks, you obviously have not been broke beyond payment. It's not always your fault. Sometimes life gives you [***] and you have to deal with it.

Received my first call from this number on my cellphone and hung up as soon as I received the recorded message.  Investigation shows this to be Diversified Adjustment Service, apparently a debt collection company.  I have Magic Jack on my computer, so every 10-15 minutes I place a call back to them, let it ring until they answer, then enter any 8 digit number, and wait for a human to answer.  I do not have a microphone on my computer so I cannot talk, only listen.  I feel that this is a good form of payback, as they have to pay for every incoming call.

Debt collector - They are collecting a debt from me from PG&E(pasific gas and electric co.)They have have broken FDCPA and FCRA laws. They are trying to collect on my PGE account balance that I am PAYING on and I only discontinued PGE service 3 mths ago it shouldn't even be in collections. They are in complete violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act. Their company name is Diversified Adjustment.They are calling everyday and it's only a recording....research the number you will find more on them. I found their email and sent them an email as "hardcopy" proof that I had contacted them......telling them to STOP THE CALLS OR THEY WEILL BE SUED.....

I am receiving daily phones calls from your company which is only a recording and its Harassment, I will be reporting these calls to the Federal Trade Commission  if they continue and if I see any negative reports on my credit record from your Company. I have researched your company and per research you claim to be collecting for PG&E and you have broken FDCPA and FCRA laws, , you can NOT collect on an account I am paying on and I have already been in communication with PG&E! I have also communicated with PGE regarding your phone calls as well. I have NO OTHER DEBTS out there! You are in complete violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act and this better not be place on my credit report as a negative or you will be SUED without hesitation.  I will NOT give you any of my personal details other then my area code is XXX-XXX (1ST 3 DIGITS). I know why you are calling and it is in violation! This email will used as proof that I have contacted you if needed via email as a hard copy proof.

PLEASE STOP THE CALLS! REMOVE THE DEBT COLLECTION FROM YOUR RECORDS AND OFF MY REPORT! YOU CAN NOT COLLECT ON A DEBT I AM MAKING PAYMENTS ON!!!!!!

They tried to call my family and my friends trying to find me and then they had the gull to threaten me and tell me that i was a loser over the phone. What nice people they are now these days eh?

very annoying, calls everyday looking for someone that don't live in my house hold.I called them 2months ago that person don't live with us but no avail  they still call us.so now I hang up on them or disconnect the phone line for awhile.

this company call me 4 time today ask me personal cuestions

do not talk to these people...period...not for one second...

why would anyone even spend 20 seconds with them?

Always record their calls. When they call back answer and say your call is being recorded for legal purposes if you do not wish to be recorded you can hang up. Then IF they say they decline to be recorded tell them too bad your call is being recorded, you have been informed, you can hang up if you wish. If they continue and claim a debt demand a letter of validation be sent through the mail. Tell them they can have no information until receipt of the letter of validation. Inform them that you will pursue any violations of the FDCPA in court. Research the FDCPA  and sue them for violations.

also big help to notify state consumer advocates via Attorney General of own jurisdiction and send copy to PA State Attorney General state consumer advocates as well as the honorable governor of steel and cheesesteaks "you've got a friend in Pennsylvania" state as sounds as if may also be viol8ing federal laws of interstate commerce.  Heck now good time possibly even to send 3rd copy to attorney general at federal level informatively; request for relief never hurts if so desirable

Keeps calling and leaving automated messages from Diversified debt collection on my daughter's phone (who's 15 yrs old) to call back.  She has no debts...must be total scam.  Just going to ignore maybe they'll get a clue.  Won't waste my time listening to rude people try to get information from me.

I am NOT having these people call me there looking for somebody else they won't stop calling me I'm putting a complaint in for this number 80040 55085 please take me serious because I go to the next level of I have to pee really are the power
