here we go again. this # (800-408-3617) called and left no message. they called about 3 times today. any info as to who they are, pls. let me know. thank you.

they call me to but they never tell me why on my machine so i just stopped answering 800  and out of town numbers.

Received a message on 12/21/07 that a lynnette called, left the # and now they don't answer.  losers

Keeps leaving a message on my machine that they are trying to collect a debt.... Problem is I don't have any!!!!!!!  They won't answer their phone and they just keep calling!!!  Or their phone rings and rings until someone obviously picks it up and then hangs up!!!

Same thing everyone else is dealing with, except that they are trying to collect a debt from my mother who passed away in November.  I actually did talk to a person.

If you want, report them to your state's banking commissioner.  I have just done that in CT.

The 800-408-3617 is callin my house at least 3 times a day and the problem is I do not own anything to nobody. So what Ihave done I called my phone Company and get the Information how to sto them from calling me. It helped for 3 weeks and starting this Moonday they are calling back but from different 800# So I did what I was told before. Thye have my hight blood presure up LOL. I don't think they have nothign better ot do just harrasing people.

I just received a call from them a few minutes ago (9:15pm), let the answering machine take the call and some guy named Jason left the message indicating that he's calling from the debt collection company and left a refence number along with the 800-408-3617 number.  Knowing I had no outstanding debts, I called right back and a woman answered - I told her that I had just missed a call from Jason.  She said, "You did??  Is this Benjamin?".  I simply said "No", then she asked me to confirm my phone number (which she was clearly reading off of caller ID) - I did and she said, "Oh, sorry - we must have the wrong number."  Click.

Very fishy - seems like some kind of scam.

I just got this call...why are these fools doing this?  I know...and I've checked that all my accounts are up to date...why?

MCO FNC SYS Keeps calling me everyday. even on holidays GGRRR. Stop calling me!!

They are an annoying and harassing collection agency...Typically for phone accounts like AT&T

Yes, they call each week even whe you just sent them a payment. Very rude people too.

They started calling yesterday. They got my wife who was trying to get my kids to a friend's house because of a snow day and I was in the hospital, so she was crazy trying to get her day started. The woman was very rude and said she was calling on behalf of AT&T. She left the 800-408-3617 number and my wife had to pay this right now or our phone was going to be turned off. I got home about 6pm and the same woman called back about 8:30pm and again was very rude insisting that I pay the bill right now or we would have our service turned off. I hung up on her. But today she called my wife 5 times while she was at work on her cell phone. I called AT&T today and we have not gone to collections, nor is our bill what they were claiming it was. The scary part my wife was so frazzled she almost gave them the info they were looking for. Now she is pissed as hell and wants blood. I am going to call our Attorny General's office tomorrow and let them know about the scam.

Very rude people.  Same company called but the caller ID said unknown caller.  It was an actual person, and she tried arguing with me.

Does anyone know how to report these people?  I see that everyone is having the same problem that I had.  Rude people, trying to get information - and I don't have any debt.  There has to be a way to put them out of business.  Or at least, make them legitimate.

1-800-408-3617 calls continuously all day, finally I was home to answer it. It is NCO Financial debt collections they were calling asking for my X sister-in-law of 19 years and were very rude when I tried to explain. I finally took a message just to get them to stop calling. They called back 3 times the next hour. I called them back and they say they will take my number off their list. Time will tell but they are ridiculous!

for the past month, i have received a call from an outfit called NCO financial. I tried calling them back to let them know they have a wrong number for whomever they are seeking, i get a vm stating that its after hours and they are closed. Mind you their working hours is 7am - 7pm est....and when I called in the middle of the day, they were still closed. I just want to stop getting a call from these morons.

when you call and it says they are closed it probably means that the phones are all busy and you cant get through--use your head people its not that hard to figure it out
