ive been getting about 20 calls from this number every day asking for prince harry. well i work for tmobile. and one day i putting my number into the billing system just to see my name pull up but not actually going into my account because thats against policy well i accidently put my number in the billing system and i was one number off and guess whose number pulled up PRINCE HARRY!!!! i called those people and told them they had the wrong number

I have been getting phone calls from this number for a week now. They call me at 8am about 4 times then in the afternoon about 4 times.  I have a chase credit card, checking account, and savings account. Needless to say I will be going to bank of america.  I just recently had an identity theft problem through them. I have been refunded the money but they seemed to care less about if they caught the person who did this.  I don't trust this.

I've received more than a dozen calls on my cell phone.  Yes, they start around 8:00 am and end around 8:00 pm, pacific time.  So I decided to google the number. Quite surprised at the similar scenarios. Last month I opened a Chase account, too.  What to do?

I'm the same as everyone above. I've been getting calls on my cell phone non-stop for a week. Same thing, when I called the number they asked for my account number. I think I have 2 cards with Chase. They're getting cancelled tomorrow. This is bull!

42 times since 4-18-07  All I do is hit ignore on my cell phone and they get my voicemail...  the message is usually as follows "Hello is .... der...Hello....Hello....click"

Thanks to Nirvana and the Beastie Boys, ALL calls from this number have stopped. I guess the telemarketers quit to go fight for their right to party. However, I'm now being plagued with numerous calls from 800-955-6600. I don't think anything really stops these professional pests so the most I can look forward to are the peaceful lulls between calls. Is there anyway to forward one telemarketing call to another and let them fight it out?

I have received what I believe to be over 1000 calls from these scumbags.  This is a scam... let no one tell you otherwise.  If someone does (or if you see a post)... it is probably one of them reverse posting some type of horse crap that it is legitimate.  I spoke with my cellular company... and they won't block it at the tower or switch.  Even though, President Bush signed legislation to work against these people.  Band together people... call your congressmen, senators, the mail man... I don't care!  I WON'T CHANGE MY CELL PHONE NUMBER!  Why the hell should I... they win... and sure as anything under the sun... they will end up calling me on the new number!  Again... rise up against these miserable pukes and together we will put these f#$king scumbags in there place!  (Don't believe me... check out any of the nighttime news shows... they love doing stories on them... oh... remember the one where they made a funny song about how easy it is to take American's money!)

For days now we've been recieving calls from this number, just saying Toll Free Call. I just don't even bother with it, and having seen other peoples problems with the number I'm glad I haven't picked up the phone.

someone has been getting calls on my home as well as cell #s.  Most times there is nobody on the other end.  As someone else mentioned the calls come daily at the same times.

I just received another one who told me (I said that the person they wanted was not here) that she was calling from Chase - that it was urgent that someone call 800-732-4173.  She said her name was Nicole.  When they called my cell and answered me yesterday, it was a woman with a thick foreign accent and she asked if she should take the # off her list and I told her yes.

I didn't answer becasue I'm on the do not call ist, and my accounts are all up to date. But I did research the number by net. WOW looks like they have all your information there and probably fish the one needed item out of you like your social. I speculate that they have hacked into a system and gotten all of our information ALL OF IT. From the looks of it, this number might be a hacked number. I mean how did they know that the guy had a hydrocodone script on order at the local pharmacy? Told him his pharmacy was closing down and to order from them.

this number calls my home every day starting at exactly 8:11 a.m.  for 3 weeks, i have been picking up the phone, saying nothing, hitting mute, nobody ever says anything and it disconnects after about a minute.  they were calling up to 10-15 times a day.

Keep getting calls from this number even on sunday

OMG they are driving me crazy!!  I have the same issue as everyone else...they are calling starting at 8:11 am every half hour to an hour.  I am so frustrated because it is my CELL phone and you shouldn't have to worry about stupid calls like this on a cell!  I too, have a Chase account, and it is in good standing so that makes me even more angry.  If this is a scam, Chase is obviously being contacted constantly about this number and they owe it to their customers to figure out who is doing this and put a stop to it.  If this is Chase that is doing this, I am disgusted with them and they should be ashamed.  If anyone has done something to successfully get rid of them please let us know what to do!!!

The same thing that all people said. I just call Chase customer service and explain what it's happening to me, they explain me that I am late 30 days...so I said I know, I'm not a stupid, do you know that each time that I'm late you own me $40!!!, so YES I know that i'm late, but what's the big deal??? I was late in other times with others cards , and never they call me with that kind of calls...or actually they never call me...just they add $40 bucks in my account and that it's. So the representative tell me that she was going to mark their list  like I call Chase and I let them know...that I know...it's so simple just call Chase and say that you know that you are late...maybe this strange people stop their calls...

Have received multiple call from this number and variations of it 1-800-424-5004 and -800-424-5004.  No message is ever left

So, it's 8:01 AM and I received 8 back to back phone calls.  I didn't answer (hell it was WAY to early int he morning for me).  I have 2 accounts with Chase that are in good standing.  I just got off the phone with Chase (a number that I called myself) and they said do not give them ANY information.

this number has been calling me for weeks and weeks, im getting really pissed because they dont leave a message and when i pick up there is no one there, they also start calling me around 8am,and they call about 15 times a day till about almost 9pm. im tired of this harrassment

Glad to see I'm not the only loser who can't make regular payments...hahaha.. (that was a joke laugh!). How interesting that it's the same scenario for everyone. Has anyone called the number back? I got a recording that says "thank you for calling customer support, please enter your account number." no mention of it being CHASE. And no where on the CHASE web site is this number listed. Hmmmm? If it is CHASE, it's good to know they are giving all of our account info to people on the other side of the world!

Well I'm off to set up an 800 number of my own. 1-800-chase-can-eat-my-3425!

I have also received calls from this number.  They start at 8:32AM and call until after 6:00 PM. maybe every 20 inutes evan on Sunday! Like everyone they won't leave a message and on the rare occasion when I have answered they say they are with Chase - sometimes the credit card sometimes my mortgage.  Now that I've researched it I'll never answer it again.  If they are legit and they need me they can leave a message. But they don't. They call my business cell phone and now I'm afraid that I've set them on my Sales Manager since my voicemail message tells clients to call her for sales. Why can't anyone do anything about this type of harrassment.  I was told that sometimes there are companies that call and if they get an answer they list the number and sell it to telemarketing firms.  The world is a dangerous enough place - now even our phones aren't safe.
