This is calling my CELL phone everyday. It isnt a person on the end its a computer telling me to call a certain number and that it is for a business matter and it HAS to be talked about BY whatever time the next day.. Well it has said this every single day for MONTHS now. It isn't saying my name right and I have no clue what it is for but it is driving me crazy.

This lady says she has an extremely important message for Yun One. I never met him but sounds like he is in trouble if he doesn't call back before a certain time the next day. The voice keeps on repeating the same message.

I got this call everyday for the last couple weeks, I called the number back and got Total Credit recovery

I am going crazy - I refuse to call back. I was away last week on vacation and had 4 messages. I have called Aliant several times and nothing has been done - what else shall I do?

TCR-Total Credit Recovery from Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. I get calls from them also there a [***] pest when they call and you get an answering machine phone calls they say your name and a case number so when you call them up just tell them off that's what I do.

It's a office from Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada, you get an answering machine call that says your name and your case ID number. So there are a pest when you get a call every day for 2 weeks straight I wish that they leave the people alone for once it's not to good when you're being tormented to death by them.

This place is f***ed up. I keep getting the message and they give me the time of 10:25 to cb, I have called back left a message and they did not return my call. I work in collections and I am going to do some back research about this company to see what I can find out. I think that they are a fraudulent company....Keep in touch :)

I got a call from Total Credit Recovery too.  They tried to convince me that I owed over $300 from my daughters cell phone.  It did seem like a scam when I told them that the bills were paid.  I even called Bell Aliant to verify that they did not send this for collections which they had not.  Bell advised me that it was a scam.  I called TCR back and asked them how would I send the money, and they wanted it wired or a money order and had to be paid tonight.  When I let her know that I was on to the scam, she got angry and said that my credit rating was going down the tube.  She even offered to get the manager, but after raising her voice at me, she hung up.  Sounds like a scam to me.  I called the RCMP and they advised me to call Phone Busters which I did.  The thing that I don't like is that she has my SIN number too and knew a lot of info about me...

Total Credit Recovery is a collection agency in Moncton and I think an office in Montreal. If they are calling you its to collect a debit. If the debit is not yours then check your credit reports and make sure its not showing there.

I doubt they are calling for a scam but they might have wrong information and trying to collect from the wrong person.

I know because they call me over a debit I have. Its my debit and I do intending to deal with it.

They keep calling me, im only 13! Its freaking me out, everytime i answer they hang up. They left me a message, and they wanted some dude, names gairrett. Its freaking me out! And now i see that a lot of other people are getting calls. I just want them to stop! Im scared.

It is total credit recovery and they are horrible to deal with.  My husband was actually threatened by one of their employees.  He reported it and it was supposedly dealt with....but they keep calling...day after day...at least daily with their machine...and a second time daily with a person.  Yes, I owe the debt, but when I made a payment to them, the calls escalated.....now I make the payments directly to the company it is owed to.  They really are horrible, NASTY people to deal with.  I am a very calm and rational person.....they not only made me raise my voice, but swear as well.

i have been recieving phone calls from this people daily....its an automated system with a treating voice. Saying that i need to call them back at 10:35 the next day or they are going to deal with the matter further. the problem is that i do not owe anything at all and whenever i call them back they transfer me to person to person and i end up on hold forever and no one comes back to the line. I would not mind dealing with the matter if i knew what this so called matter was!!!! I am very frustrated and dont know what to do about this any more...they have me worried that someone has fruaded my name. In the phone calls they say my name and a case number that i am not able to understand...please help me....

This number is calling me periodically and then leaves a message to call even before my VM kicks in so I just get the tail end of the message to call 1 800 432 0505. Really annoying especially when it happens when you just get the kids asleep.

TCR calling saying its not a telemarketing call.... need to contact Mr. Pachino and office open 9-5 at 1-866-493-7478  ... I agree with Jack must check credit report --- mine is clean so they better have a good excuse to call ..... I hate being harassed and find it horrible that they invite you to call them concerning a business matter and don't leave you alone after.... calling phone busters will help resolve if it is a scam they can look into..... got no time for this === get a life!

TCR are at it again - this time they are telling me I may be entitled to a credit for unreturned equipment with Bell Aliant.  Equipment was returned.  I have perfect credit and all my bills are paid on time.  TCR target everyone, not just those with financial issues.  I called their number back and told them emphatically to stop calling this number (I left only the number they were calling and definitely not my name).  I also contacted Bell Aliant who confirmed they had not contacted TCR - this is their response:  

"We have received your e-mail and appreciate that you have taken the time to contact us. This phone call looks to be a scam, as you do not have any equipment to be returned to Bell Aliant, as the equipment was returned, and you were credited for it. Do not answer these calls as they may be looking for privated information from you."  

What concerns me is how did they know I left Bell during the past #years and that I had equipment?  Makes one wonder how dangerous the electronic world is. Are the RCMP trying to shut down this company?  They are bad news and very dangerous based on what I have read today.  BEWARE AND NEVER GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION.
