Apparently this is  Utah phone number. Calling with unbelievable offers... car, money, etc. Named Federal Financial Group. Checked the internet for legitimacy and found this portal.

This Federal Financial Group called and said my phone number was selected to receive a scratch card to possibly win a prize. They would set up a 20 minute talk with their person to meet me and give me the scratch card. I kept explaining to them this is a business and since this is a city department they would have to go thru the City to set up any appointments concerning this type of talk. She kept interupting me by saying this will only take a minute to wrap up. I told her 4 times I was not interested. I finnaly got off the phone no clue what just happened I don't know if they will shop up or not I could hardly understand her.
