This is GE Appliance Service Center number.

Caller ID said "Toll-Free" number.  Didn't realize that it was GE's appliance service calling to confirm an appointment for repair.

called and hung up  when I answered.

This is a survey from GE on how your delivery or service was performed. You must call GE and tell them to take off your number or talk to them when they call. They will stop calling. I deal with them monthly.

Please stop calling me and not answering when I say hello you just hang up. This is very unprofessional.

Does anyone know if this is really GE? They call our office almost every day and then just hang up when I answer. Very annoying.

we get phone calls everyday from this phone number - as soon as we say our name someone slams the phone down. I called the number back and did get in touch with someone (it is a GE phone number) who put me through to their customer service department.. currently on hold -

GE called to confirm an previously scheduled service appointment.  After returning the (missed) call it is clear that it was all above board and appreciated.

It was GE calling to confirm a scheduled service appointment.  They left a voice mail message.

Do not trust these people.  They said that I owed money and when I phoned the vendor (not true).  Be aware.

Yes, this is GE.  The problem is that there's no caller ID displayed.  So it looks like all the other junk 800 calls we all get.  If you have scheduled a service call for an appliance you will get a bunch of calls from this number confirming, reconfirming, and letting you know when your stop is next on the list.

Maybe scammers have spoofed this number also.  Dunno. All the calls we got were legit.

This was a hang up call.  We don't even have a GE appliance so it was not from GE.

GE now owns Ricoh so it may be related to our copier lease.............?????????????/
