Just received a call from a person stating that she needed me to return phone call.Did not state why or who she was with or anything. Did provide name-Latonya Davis. She was trather terse and curt

called by work and would not give why they were calling or who they were. when called back they answered as capital management.They had no idea who I was

Received a call on my cell phone from an unidentified lady saying she was representing Capital Management Services at (1-800- 439 -2704) and she had something important to talk to me about. She confirmed my address as Honolulu Hawaii and had a difficult  time pronouncing the street address. Well the fact is I live in Illinois. She attempted to engage me in conversation to confirm or release my security information. I simply terminated the call.

I received a phone call from 800-439-2704.  They did not leave any message on the voice mail.  But they called several times.  I don't know where they got my phone number from, but it is most likely, 100% a scam company.

Got a call from 800-439-2704. My Caller ID listed it as (Toll Free 800-439-2704).  Answering machine picked up the call and a strange woman left message that I could hardly understand, it was so weird that I didn't even bother to pick up the call!  I did hear it was a bill collector. I'm filing  bankruptcy so they can jump in a lake!

Capital Management is a national debt collection agency. Although, the name appears to have also been used for scams. Always take care & protect your info when you are solicited.

These people are total jerks.  I have gotten I cannot tell you how many calls from them.  They are trying to collect on an 8 year old debt.  Well in AZ there is a 6 year statute of limitations on collections and they(the original debtor) would have had to renew the debt within 5 years.  I told them to stop calling me, they are breaking the law.  I didn't admit owing anything, told them to stop calling or I would file harassment charges.  Doesn't stop them.

I am tired of receiving phone calls for a "Sydney Ellis"!!!  Somewhere she has entered my number that I have had for 11 years and must not have paid her bills as when these calls come in, they ask for this person. I WORK, (and pay my debts) and that is where I am when I receive the calls, irritating! . I no longer want to hear this name - next step is Attorney General.

When I answered the phone he asked me for my birth date as he wanted to discuss business and he needed to verify he had the right person.  I asked him why I should give him my birth date as I don't do business with Capital management.  He said it was important business that he would not reveal to me unless I gave him my birth date.  Then he asked me if I was F. Taylor and I said no.  He then wanted to know if I knew F. Taylor.  I said no.  I gave him nothing and soon he ended the call.

i was called by Capital Management Services , for dept by capital one who i wrote and asked for payment with Post office money order's they took 4 and had no account numbers and i owed them nothing on a letter to me witch i kept it! they did not refund my money either but sent me letter stating they didn't have records of me owing them any thing! Capital Management Services  said i owe! funny the letter from cap one said they don't have the record of it!

They callrd abd I didn't answer. When I called back it goes straight to music bo company does this without saying you have reach--------company please hold.

there still calling well it a scam, my money never came back from cap-one's money orders i sent  or returned!! the money to me!
