Not sure who was calling but they hung up when answering machine came on.

This number is from Berkeley College automated alert system of announcements around all 6 campuses from NY to NJ, if you are on their list and don't want to be then you can opt out by calling the main number 1.212.986.4343, but you should not be receiving a call unless you are enrolled at one time in one of the campuses because this is not spam, or a telemarketer.

I always get calls ending in 5400 from this college. I tell them I will be attending College Summit for four days, and then next day when I was on vacation they call morning and night. In my four days Ive gotten 8 VM because they do not understand that I do not want marketing, I want art, and they are trying to get me into their program even though I continuously say I am into visual arts. They are too persistent and they need to understand that no means no.

It's Sunday afternoon. I am watching a basketball game at home when I get a call from this number that I never called before.
The caller had a foreign accent, and pronounced what sounded like my name very badly. I simply told her that she got the wrong number, and I hung up. Then I Googled the number, which brought me here! I just added the number to the "reject" list on my phone.
