Called twice today already. Never gotten this number before.

I beleive its a collection Agency. they've been calling everyday  couple times

it's a collection agency, but don't know what the company name is or who they represent

wtff this number and 866's keep calling me -.-

Called our business line and hung up when I answered. A callback revealed the company to be Chase card services. They call to badger you when you've fallen behind on payments.

they call several times a day and when answer machine answers they hang up, they have never left a message.  Is this not a harassment issue.
our phone is for our use and that is why we have a answering machine.
we can pick up if we choose and or return calls that are left.

They call at all hours even on weekends and holidays never leaving a message and never answering when phone is picked up.   I see it as a scam because if you call it back it says to give them a credit card number, doesn't say what company, which credit card, etc.   How many people would be gullible enough to give them a credit card number perhaps?   I'm on state and federal no call.   This is more than a nuisance sometimes it keeps other calls from getting through with this calling over and over all day long.

they do not leave a message and when you call the number back they tell you to enter the 16 digit account number.  Must be a credit card company.

This number "1-800-446-6431" has called me numerous times, and this time it had left a message, Saying Leonard Martin needs to call back this number. BUT IM NOT NO LEONARD MARTIN WTF.!

yeah, its chase card svcs and they will call you night and day regardless of how many times use tell them how f-ing broke you are.  they are persistant... they called me on my birthday!!!!!!  I lost it and screamed at them.  if you answer they are very nice, esp. since the consumer credit law passed....

They used to keep calling me everyday and it took me three times to get them to stop and I thought they were done.
But just recently they started calling again nine times a day and it's so annoying!!!
And the times I've answered they've asked me if I was this guy I've never heard of and I tell them I not and they still call over and over again asking!!!
Can someone please please stop them!!!!!!

Just got my new cell number then these kept calling for a week, never leave a message. I finally answered them they asked if you know some kind of creek? I was like no. please stop calling. Then the lady asked me to verify the number so they will stop calling.

I did, so lets see if they keep calling,\.

After reading these messages, I've received repeated calls from them on my personal cell phone, and DONOT have a credit card with Chase...and  now I never will.
I think I'll try Andy Lee's trick when they don't call when I'm either in class or sleeping (I've gotten calls as early as 8AM.)

Got 13 calls from 730-845pm.

Problem here is that Chase Most likely has software that dials repeatedly.  Must fight with similar computer techniques, eg repeat dialing to overwhelm their system with auto call-forwarding.  If we all report their number to the FCC & forward their calls back to their phone banks we may be able to stop this card processor from tying up our network.  Judging from the accents of the callers they appear to be situated in Great Britain or Scotland.  They are most likely a third party company contracted by Chase.  Complaints should mention Chase as a harassing telemarketer to the FCC, in violation of "don't call" laws.  Do not use iPhone call blocking software - does not work.  Will check 3rd party apps.  That can help us defeat the software being used by this harassing compny.  Chase's software interferes with our telecommun. Network in the USA, & with our commerce, so will contact office of homeland security to see if they have jurisdiction.  Telephonic Hero

These jerks call all day long and there is never anyone there when you answer.  There has to be something we can do about these robo calls.

Received many calls, will put "special" ring tone so I won't even look.

It has been exactly one year since i recieved my cell phone the number i recieved with the cell phone must have belonged to some guy named Fortunato this number 800 446 6431 has been calling on and of for the past year. Even on Thanksgiving evidently these people never give up.Today i finally answered and said i did not know a man named Fortunato he must have had the number confused,and tha i was the new owner of the number he was dialing and The guy seemed very polite he kindly apologized for the confusion and had me verify the number and took me off the call list. Im for certain they wont be calling anytime soon :] what a relief.
