This is an automated call from bank of america offering insurance. You can call back this number and remove yourself from their list.

Stop calling me.  Stop leaving hangup calls.  If you were legitimate, you'd leave a message or be man enough to identify yourself.

Bank of America offering insurance.  Followed James' advice and called back to put our # on the do not call list.

They've called about 6 times in 2 days.

Calling several time each day.

I called them back and threatened to pull all my money out if they kept calling and waking me up.

Called me 2-3 times a day for weeks. Never left a message. Called back and requested remmoval...we'll see.

It's Bank of America trying to get us to buy insurance. I told them a few times I don't want it, but they keep calling. I guess they have lots of time and money to waste!

I called this phone number, it belongs to Bank of America. They are selling insurance. If you do not want them to call your phone number, they have a do not call list available. Just call this #800-448-2755, listen to the recorder and it will give you instruction on how to remove your ph# from their list.

Received numerous calls also from this number. Gave a call back and placed my number in their "Do not call" list and to remove my number from their system, since it is an automated call from a computer. It states that it takes 30 days to be removed and they will continue to call 2 or 3 times a day for that entire 30 days!!! Be Aware!!! My 30 days is not up yet so we will see if they will stop calling after that!!!

Received numberous calls also from this number. Called back per james and placed my phone number on the DO NOT CALL list- BOA states that it will take 30 days to be removed from list-OUTRAGEOUS!!!!

I get at least two calls a day from this outfit. To my knowledge I have never been a customer of theirs. What gives them a right to circumvent both state and federal no call lists?

Please stop calling me and hanging up without leaving a message.  This is very annoying!

For everyone upset about the hangups, remember, this is an automated service.  It dials on its own, as it was programmed to do, and only connects to a live operator when a person responds by answering the phone.  The ONLY thing that will prevent this from occurring is by placing yourself on the DNC List, where an employee of BOA (or its hired affiliate) is supposed to see that those numbers recorded are actually removed.  Thirty days is more than a fair amount of time to see that this is done, as those of us who've suffered through those twice daily calls for that following 29 days can well attest.  Once that 30 day period has passed, though, be sure to keep a good record of any further calls you may get from this service, including the date and time.  It it possible to then file a complaint against them, with a financial judgment based upon the actual number of violations that can be shown to have occurred.  If you are really upset about this, go to the following website and read what they have to say- and teach- about how to deal with these sorts of pesky callers, paying especial attention to section 6, on how to file a legal complaint:

This number calls two or three times a day and shows up NOT PROVIDED as the name on my caller ID

About 75% of our daily calls is this number. It's so aggrevating to see it's a toll free number. I do not need any more INSURANCE!

We get calls from this number hourly in the afternoon just about every weekday. Today, for abouth the 5th time I answered the call and was quite animated that these calls cease of I would be in touch with the FCC.

We recieve some days as many five calls from this number.  They are very insistant.  They won't take "NO" for an answer.  Please remove our name and phone number off their  call list
