yes it is a scam, comes in 514 729 9329....be careful not call back,they get you on line and then charges start,also,once you answer, your  number hits a call list and more scammers call.
best to block it out

I got the call 2009-04-24, caller ID says 514-877-5000 (that's in Quebec)

In Canada, it is illegal to use an automated dialing machine (ADAD) for commercial solicitation.
If you are in Canada, complain to your phone company to help get them shut down.

Left the 800-450-6727 number for a reply message about a free website from netzonemedia.

Got a call from Net Zone Media in Montreal Canada ... They did set up a very simple web site for no charge ... Then Billed $240.00 a year to maintain it. About a year ago I rec'd a call from them with a promotion offer to prepay a reduced amount, say $150.00 for 2 year of web site maintenance. So I paid them and then in a few months later they billed their previous $240.00 charge. When I asked them about it they said it was a mistake and would refund me the $240.00 overcharge... They never did... I called repeatedly but they were constantly evasive.

All I can say is do not give them your credit card # and don't trust them on anything regarding money...
