Grace - 20 Sep 2007Phone rings and when call is answered there is just a recording by a man with a foreign accent who says "We have been trying to reach you, it is important that you call us back by 9pm est today". When the 800 number is called, however, a recording says "You are not authorized to make access this number from your area code".
