Didn't know who it was at the time, didn't answer because I was driving, they didn't leave a message.  Now it looks like it was Allstate, which I am a member of.

got call on my cell. hung up immediately when I heard it was going to be a recording. Now I see it was allstate, which i am a customer of...but I don't like
unsolicited calls at all. Companies I do business with can email me, if I've chosen that option, or mail me any information I need.

Allstate recording, telling me my crappy agent left the business. Apparently my new crappy agent can't call someone personally

Calling the number back, it tosses up a message for something claiming to be "National Opt-Out".  I didn't listen to the whole message, as I have zero confidence in the reliability of anything coming from an entity that associates itself with telemarketing.

Has to be a scam.

Allstate isn't legally allowed to call.

I received a call also, but nobody said anything. I hung up. I am so annoying with these kind of calls. Somebody should do anything more about all this crap.

Got a call from this number, haven't checked message yet as I was curious what & where the number came from.

I did not answer but a voicemail was left. It was my current Allstate agent in a recording soliciting a coverage review before my insurance renewal next month. Odd that it came from the 1-800 number and not directly from his office but it was definitely my agent and the callback number is his local office.
