Harassing call about investment at 9:20 PM

Loudmouth jerk yapping about some investment as if he knows me personally.  Call received 8:46pm

forceful sales/scammer wanted to involve me in some inveestments, said he got my name from aa good friend of mine.Would not take NOT INTERESTED or NO for an answer

pushy american bastard attempting to reach my common law father-in-law. very persistent as to why i would not give him his number. but why is this jerk calling me in the UK of all places??? from MEXICO??????????

p.s. twice this month!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm from the UK, and this number was registered as the last number to call me when I got home this evening - call at 5.58pm British Summer Time.
