    castnetusa gave me that phone is 800-478-5541 from 888-801-9075 they treat and make me upset and scare they send police to arrest me for 7 days and must pay money to deb collect and i check and that they are scam ??? i upset i not know if i must pay or not hurt me why

    If it's a scam, then you do not pay.  Period.  This looks like a total scam.  You cannot be arrested for ordinary civil debt.  They are trying to scare you.  Do not pay them anything.  Do not talk to them and block their calls.  No one is going to hurt you.
