Got a call from this number at 8:18am today.  I don't think they left a VM though....

voicemail said they are Enhanced Recovery Corp. calling to recover debt.  Automated message left a phone number to call and a case reference number.

Instructions to "hold for an important message from ERC."
Picked up the phone but nobody was on the other end.

Called 2 times a day! Rude!

They call about once a day and don't respond when I answer. I believe it's an automated system that only leaves VMs

They never leave a message--but if I pick up, a cyber chick announcing "this call is for (enter name here) If you are not (name mentioned earlier) this call is not for you, as this is in regards to a personal business matter..." At this point I hang-up.  We've been getting these for about 6 months, and I'm pretty sure it's debt collection. Somebody made up a number that happened to be ours.

I've recieved several calls from this # 1-800-496-4598 today & for I don't know how long now.I know they claim they are a debt collection agency but I've told them time & time again that I don't owe anything & to take my # off of their lists.They are even so bold as to call from different #'s! Even if I did owe anything,I wouldn't be able to pay because I have to live- I have 2 kids to feed/take care of & my husband is out of work due to a disability- how the hell do they think they can sqeeze blood out of a turnip?

Even though I keep telling them they got the wrong person, I got three calls from them today!!!

They called me at 8:08 AM, on a Saturday. How rude indeed! I refused to answer -- I pressed the "Ignore" option on my cel phone. They left no VM.

They have been calling me since yesterday and left another message today to call them back at this number and give me a reference number. Yesterday I called back and they said they have a balance I need to settle with ATT in my husbands name. When I asked for the phone number the account was under, they gave me a phone number we've never had. I did a reverse lookup and the phone number was NOT in our name. I called ATT the next day (which also the collection place told me not to do) and they said they don't have anything in their history where we have ever had that phone number...he said it was more than likely a scam...I'm freaking out b/c they confirmed an old address we had out of state and new my husbands last 4 of his social...very odd!

Have received three calls over three days from this number. Automated voice just leaves a broken voice mail with phone to call back and case number. Something about "business transaction" that is totally not regarding me.

Calling on my cell phone and do not leave messages.

Been getting a call from the number about 3 times a day for 6 weeks... Getting old.

I just spoke w/someone from 800-496-4598, Enhanced Recovery Corporation for T-Mobile.  The bill was for someone else and I was told calls would stop within 24-48 hours.

The site gives info on the company and they list the cell phone numbers for their staff.  I am calling them every time they call me.  I have no outstanding bills and are requesting to be removed from their list.

I get calls from these people constantly as well.  They never leave a voice mail, but when I answer it says, "Please hold for an important message from ERC." then the line disconnects.  If I owe them something, I'd be glad to pay it but there is never anyone on the other end.  There should be something that can be done about this.  This is harassment, just like getting a call every day asking me to get an extended auto-warranty when I have asked to be removed from the list 100 of times and even threatened with legal action.  They don't care, they just keep calling from the same number sometimes twice a day.

left vm with case number stating to call back.  the person they are looking for does not live at this address; nor have i ever heard of him! yet, they call on a daily basis!

They called to my ex-sisterinlaw home phone,  left mssg for me, I returned the call and they didn't answer.
