Enhanced Recovery Corporation

They. (Enhanced Recovery Corporation), are calling at
8 AM, constantly, looking for some unknow person. It's automated so, if I could talk, I can not talk to a machine ! It' harrassment !! Why is this legal ?

Calls repeatedly, leave no details. They should be sued for harrasment.

This number calls daily for someone that does not live at this address, I work during the hours that they call, so i never get the chance to answer & tell them to stop calling! My voicemail box stays full b/c of them calling & it's driving me insane!

Get calls that say please hold for ERC and then nothing. The call is disconnected

these people are relentless. they call several times a day.  they do leave a message  it goes like this....in a computer voice..."THIS IS CHELSEA WITH ERC AND THIS MESSAGE IS FOR______. IF YOU ARE NOT THIS PERSON PLEASE HANG UP. "

What the... what kind of joke is that?  This is so ridiculous.  duh   duh duh!  I. the person they are calling does not live here,  I have told them over and over.  They still call 1-3 times a day. GET A LIFE!

This place keeps calling my fax number and will not stop, they are nothing but jerks and will not stop even though they know we are not the person

Advanced Recovery Services, they call and ask for people that I don't know . Its constant one call after the other. When I'm gone for a while I find multiple messages on the answer machine. Telling tmen not to call etc, has not helped.
