This number belongs to Enhanced Recovery Corporation, who is a collection agency. Apparently someone who had my phone number before has unpaid debts, and I was getting 2-3 calls a day from this company. I finally took the time to call back and they were nice to remove me from their call list. It's my third day with no calls from them. Yeaa!

Recording stating this is an attempt to collect a debt for a name I do not recognize. It says to press one to speak to someone immediately, which I have done on numerous occasions only to get a recording. I have left numerous messages letting them know this is a wrong phone number and they need to stop calling, but I have continued to get 1-2 calls per day, on my cell phone, for almost two months!

I had the same experience as another caller, I called that # (1-800-497-3803) and they were calling for another name and said they would remove me from the list. We'll see

An automated voice system calls me all the time, the latest was at 9 am on a Sunday! And believe me, I'm pissed! When I called them back, they said for faster service go to www.kerc.com. That website doesn't exist.

I too have received call from this place in error.  I have twice spoke with people to remove me from their call list .  Did again just a minute ago lets see if it works this time. arrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggggggg

im not the person they are looking for. they have call over for 5 months daily non-stop. have left messages also.

I am getting really tired of them calling saying we took a lone out and we didn't we got are check stiling and they have been using then and are phone number is on the checks so i don't no how to stop them i have told them are checks were stiling and they just keep calling so what can i do to make them stop calling us thank you

They just called me again and i am so tired of them calling and calling they sad to go to a web site and i did there is no web for them if they are a collection   agency then why don't you have the web site they say they have so i think something is up with this picture.

The new number they have started giving out is 1-800-373-1577 there still is no web site for them and what I really think what is going on is that they just try to get information on bank accounts and credit cards. don't get pulled in by these people!

I got tired of idiot debt collectors, after I figured out they are mostly all talk and no do, I learned how to stick it to them. You can too.

August 15, 2011...Another collection call from these f**ks!  I have had this phne # since 2004. SEVEN YEARS!  Usually, every six months or so I get slammed by these automated calls for a person that must have once had this phone #.  I take the time to call back and tell them that the person they are looking for doesn't have this # and to STOP CALLING ME!  The calls stop for a while.  A few months later,  they begin calling again!  I am more than annoyed.  Does any one know what can be done to make these companies stop?  I don't use a # blocking service on my home phone, and I shouldn't have to be bothered by these lame @sses.  I'm sorry if for ranting, but this time I have had to deal with this every week for more than a month, even asking them to remove this number from their records and to STOP CALLING!  argggghhhh!

These people are calling every day and I try to tell them this is a business!! They won't listen they just keep calling. I just got off the phone with one of them and he kept insisting on my name even though I told him it was a business. He did not need to know my name just to remove my number.

Just got a call from:800-373-1577...(computerized message) saying "this is not a telemarketing call. you need to call with this reference # : 49639979" or go to www.kerc.com"...This is what came up.
Bill collectors for people I do not know, but I remember this company because I DID call them back one time and told them "if they continued to call I was going to report them to the FTC and the ATTY General in their state and CONTERSUE them and the person who gave his name."...APPARENTLY they chagned their name from ERC to KERC...MORONS!!!!
YES, you CAN REPORT THEM TO THE "FTC AND ATTY GENERAL in their state along with the person's name that is given to you".( CALLER ID on your phone works wonders!!)

This is exactly what I have experienced.  i AM not THE PERSON THE THEY'RE CALLING ABOUT.  I've had the same phone number for over 4 years and for over 4 years have had calls from this outfit.  I press the 1, I've tried to talk to the computer - no luck,  and today I tried the www.kerc.com and there is no website!  Enough is enough = maybe some legal action is necessary against THEM!

No websites exist that their caller refers to; no way to return a call.  Enhanced Recovery Corporation doesn't exist on the web.  They must be trying to scam people.  I have had the same phone number for over 4 years.  My name is NOT Richard Pierce - the person they keep calling for - and I am going to try to fight back somehow!  

They have also left different numbers:  1-800-278-2420 and 1-800-373-1577

Tried another website for Enhanced Recovery Corp and found this phone number, but of course it is "afte office hours" 1-800-586-0013

Will try on Monday.  Lord help them if I get a human being on the line!

There web site is https://www.erccollections.com/ not the false one they leave on your voicemail .The Phone number they left was 800-474-0201 .I called them and asked to remove my number as I am not the person they are looking for . We will see if they do . If they do not I will be reporting .
