08/03 09:31am got a missed call from this number 8005018332.

I got a call this morning from my cell fone that I was not able to recieve because I was at work. Then my work phone number rung up and this was the same number that called my cell fone.

Why am I recieving calls from ERC?

The automated called gives 800-305-5557 and a number ID of some sort. I am afraid to return the call for fear of it being fraudulent and just phishing for personal informations from me.

DEALING WITH DEBT COLLECTORS AND THEIR ILLEGAL TACTICS

First call from 800-501-8332 came at 6:53PM on 10/6/09...second call was at 8:16AM on 10/7/09. An automated message saying..."This is ERC...please wait for an important message". You hear a sound like the call is being switched over and then silence. No one ever says anything.

My new cell phone number used to belong to someone named Tiffany who ran out on a lot of debt.  I keep on getting calls even though I explain that I am not Tiffany!

These guys call looking for somebody who doesn't live at our house.  Despite being told numerous times he does not live there, they continue to call multiple times in a day.  Each time, they state their computer dials automatically and hasn't been updated with our information.  This has been going on for weeks now.  I'm ready to change my telephone number!

We've been getting calls from this number for someone who hasn't lived here for several years.  Each time they are told the person isn't at the number they called, and each time they say they've removed our number from their records.  And the calls continue.

A smart-mouthed jerk from this loser company called my home today. The loser asked to speak to my son...I asked who they were. They said they were calling from ERC. I asked what the call was about. "Loser" said he couldn't discuss it with me. I told him not to call MY home again because my son wasn't at this number. He started getting loud and told me I needed to tell my son not to be giving out my number as his contact number. I told him that I know for a fact that he hasn't been and not to call here again. I asked if he was a debt collector and he said yes.  He got even louder when I asked that question and then started getting smart-mouthed too! I told him AGAIN not to call MY number and not to get smart-assed with me...I hung up on him!! I WILL be filing a complaint with the FTC and my state Attorney General if I get one more call from these freaks!!

stop call this number. nobody with the name Santos live in my house . I live in this Property for more than 12 years.

They called my phone 5 times. I eventually called them back and it turns out they have a wrong number. I have been told not to worry about it but oh please God help me if they dare call me one more time!

Keep getting phone calls from this line.  It's annoying and I'm not calling it back because it won't specify what it's for.

I have recieved 152 calls this week from the same number!!! I keep getting voicemail messages from them! I know it's spam & I want them to stop calling me!

Just started getting phone calls from this party. I am happy to return the call if I only knew who it is / who they are, and that it's not some phishing scam.  I'm uncomfortable about calling it back because they do not leave a specific reason for the call.

Wrong number - looking for  DOROTHY MILES, LEAVE ROBOT AUTOMATED VOICE MAIL MESSAGES EVERY THREE MONTHS.
TOO CHEAP TO VERIFY WITH REVERSE LOOKUP.

Get multiple calls from them every day, at least 2-3 times a day leaving a voicemail at least once or twice...it starting to p*ss me off a lot because I don't know of any debts or if i have any that I owe but they will not stop contacting me after I have repeatedly told them to quit!!!!!

have rec'd daily calls (automated by chelsea) , have no idea who they're asking for, have even called them back and told them to take me off the list, no such luck!!  have rec'd daily calls since 9/16/10. This am a human called and asked for the same person, but I didnt answer.  I so want to get the media involved(local news consumer reporter, or newspaper to do an article) amworking on that now.  This is
harassment. I want it to either stop, or I feel they can pay me for the stress Im getting put thru.  they need to cease with the incessant calling.  I even have an unpublished/unlisted # , don't know who theyre calling for and am sick of coming home from work , checking my calls, and there they are again, calling for i don't know who.

Just got a new cell pone and got a call from this company looking for an individual other then myself.
