Frequent calls.

Doesn't leave a message, just hangs up when voicemail engages.

I picked up today and it was Fingerhut reminding me to pay.  I forgot all about them.  Now you know who it is.

they have been calling us before we got fingerhut. we answer the phone and they hang up . -

This number is calling me MULTIPLE times at all hours of the day, even on Saturdays AND Sundays, late at night, and early in the morning!  Whenever I pick up the phone, they hang up, and they never leave messages when I let my machine pick it up!  This is getting ridiculous.  I am about to report them to my phone company.

I answer the phone, and a recording says please hang on and wate for a next rep.

3-5 calls a day. I tell them the person "Jamie" isn't at this phone but they keep calling. I am calling my cell phone company to see what I can do.

They don't leave a message.

It is Fingerhut. We paid our bill 2 months ago but for some reason they keep calling at all hours of the day and night. I will NEVER buy anthing from them again!

This is Fingerhut my bill came past due and they're calling to take a payment by phone. And they will call you 15 to 25 times in a 24 hour period for days on in and out. They bug the SHOOT!!!! out of you from the 1-800-503-2463 number as well as a block number with the caller ID Unknown. Whatever you do, keep your payments currant or they will come after you.

This is Fingerhut Credit. They will automatically call you if your payment hasn't been received by the due date. They will call the VERY next day, and they will call multiple times throughout the day without leaving a message.  They're aggressive because many of the people they give credit to are people with bad or no credit. The best way to prevent these calls is to pay your bill on time. You can pay the bill online through their website, and the calls will stop right away.

Call multiple times a day 7 days a week asking for Frank. I am not nor have ever been Frank. They ask me to verify the number they are calling and say they will remove it or update their database but the calls continue. Months now, I am tired of it I don't answer anymore. I even saved it in my phone under the name "For Frank". What the heck is a person to do?

They call multiple times lookinf for Anthony.  I am a woman not some Anthony.  I have talked to them three times to verify the number and they keep calling!  I am not answering and calling the phone company!

This number, which I have not answered because I didn't recognize it, called repeatedly and NEVER leaves a message.  I do have a Fingerhut account and pay more on the bill that the regular monthly payment - so if they are calling about a bill I wouldn't know why.  I'll pay this off and never use them again.

This call comes at least 8 times a day! Very frustrating!! Even on the weekends they call early, between 7 and 8 a.m.. I am not even who they are looking for.

What you need to do in order to have them stop this call is send them Cease & Desist Letter. This is your protection covered under the Fair Debt Collection Act. I will give you a sample letter at the end. The company can contact you 1 more time after recieving the letter to let you know 1 of 3 things. That they are cancelling the debt, that they may try collection through a judgement or court order, or that they are going to seek judgement. Other than that if they contact you, you can sue them for damages. ALWAYS send this letter with Certified mail and return request. This way you know that they have the letter. 7-800-503-2463  - who the heck is calling me 4 x a day and never leaves any kind of message..  They are driving me nuts. They are calling on my business phone!

Ahhh--Fingerhut. Okay. Well, I was late one month because I misplaced my bill and didn't find it again until after the due date.  Otherwise I always pay online.  (I'm not sure if they were calling about that or not. Yet another call where there was no message.)
