They call my office several times a day. Last time a person named Mike left a message asking me to call back to resolve something. What it is?

I got a call from this number today at work.  I called and they are a collection agency.  They work on advance payday loans but not sure what all they work on.

I get calls from this number often.  They do leave a message, but it is computer a generated message.  Tonight I got a call from this number at 8:45pm.  A few minutes later 800-825-0441.  They ask for the same person; a person who does not live here, and I don't know.  Both messages asked for a call back, but each message had a different number for me to return the call.  On my caller ID their call comes up as -0-

they called me, and the guy named don kept calling me sweetie. he was saying that i sounded nice and creepy stuff like that.

A recorded message came to my business for an individual, whom I do not know.  I called the number that was on the recording.  Spoke with a Brandon.  He said they did not show that name from the business number they called.  I asked stop calling.  He said they couldn't do anything because they don't have a record of my company number.

I just got a call from Ameriloan asking me to pay money from 3 years ago that was paid off!!!  The woman told me my "moneygram" was no good!!! WTF??? What is with these idiots now???

So they "Ameriloan" (do they have other company names) are in a lawsuit but still trying to get money from me that I did not take out (my ex did) is this case prosecuted?  Can I use this information against them?  They allow anyone with access to the persons account and email to take out money!

They changed the number to 1-800-404-9026 or 000-000-0000....They also claim that they do not care who opens the account if your married than your responsible, I was married and am not anymore....it could have been my cousin, or anyone else I trusted:O....but I am responsible and they are trying to say 3 years ago they could not find me, I was listed so thats a lie and then they stated that I would owe 4000 in interest for a 300 loan someone took out, huh???

Calls me at work continuously, never took money from them have no idea what they are talking about

They called my sister and threatened to have her arrested at work for fraud! they wouldnt' leave her alone & she was so scared of losing her job that she paid them!! They then did it again, so she paid again..she had taken loans out in the past with them & thought she paid them off but of course she couldn't find any proof that she paid the loans. So she got screwed!!

Ameriloan.com is not licenced to do business in any state. There are several orders, and lawsuits. Do not do business with them. If they continue to harass you report them to the BBB, your state attorney generals office, ect.

They keep calling calling my job and when I gave them a different number to call instead they stated after I gave it to them that they will not stop calling my job and thanked me for the new number which they will try to reach me on now.
