This caller is leaving messages that it is Capital Mgt. and
when calling back, they hang up.  They have left several
annoying messages to call and not the reason

This message is for Vogden (I guess, I don't know who). it's very important that he returns my call...

"Peter" phoned my home from Capital Management and said he had my name as an alternate contact for my son and his wife.  "very important that I hear from them", he said.  Called two days in a row.

Called and hung up on me, 15-times on the Land line; and 15-times on the mobile line.

Finally spoke, after my "Hello".  Says he is calling from "DFS"; Discover?  

They are unable to produce any paperwork to proove that they are collecting for Discover; nor any paperwork to proove that I owe any monies.

IT is a collections agency. You either owe them money or its a wrogn number. Either way pick it up.

Capital Management, a Mr. Miller - called my inlaws' house for me, left no message (naturally), but if this call is regarding Discover then he can freakin' BITE ME, because I have never and will never have a Discover card.  They're probably looking for someone with the same name - and making their hit-or-miss calls trying to find that person.  Ha.  They keep calling, they WILL be hearing from my lawyers.

Called me - they sound like a legit collection company.  They did have the correct details (for once, collection agencies are pretty poor at WHY they are collecting!).  Anywho, their website is www.cms-collect.com.  Obviously, best to verify the charges and that they have the right person.

A man named Gordon called and left a message for me with our office manager. She said it was quiet at first, then she heard papers being moved around, and then he came on the line. Although I know it's a collections agency, she said it sounded much more like telemarketers.

Another lying maggot debt whorellector leaving a message that didn't say who he was looking for then left a reference number and phone number to be reached at (800 504 2410) then at the end of his message he said "just returning your call" ...  I never called him/them and don't know who they are  or why they are calling ... scumf**k vomitbags just trying to make a buck off of someone else's misery

They started harassing my mentally-challenged sister at her wok.  I called to get an address to send them a letter asking that they stop.  The guy refused to give his name, was insanely rude, and HUNG UP on me.

I'm going to make a guess - in fact I'd bet money on it - that this call (that I didn't answer) was from Capital Mgmt.  That's because a few minutes ago my phone was ringing and showing "888-787-1182" which I see folks have also identified as Capital Mgmt.   Whoever owned my phone previous to me must have run up a lot of bills, I get more calls from debt collectors than I ever do from friends/family.  You'd think they'd give up; I've had this # for over a year.  And no, answering & trying to straighten it out does NO good. *sigh* =(

Just had a phone call (07/14/10, 12:15pm) and the lady asked for "Allen".  When I told her that there was not an "Allen" living in my house, she said "Thank you" and then hung up.  If this is a collection agency, it appears they are using an "autodialer" to just keep dialing phone numbers until they get one that has a person by the name of who they are looking for at that location.  What ever happened to the FCC's "DO NOT CALL REGISTER"?  All of our phone are on the list for all the good it does.

Robert Washington called my parents and said it was URGENT that my husband and I call him IMMEDIATELY but wouldn't give a reason why.  He told my parents that they were a contact and they have been trying to reach us but we won't answer our phones...ummmm, my phone hasn't rang! sounds like a bunch of bull if you ask me. If they continue to call them I will file harrassment. I don't even know what it is about and apparently am not the only one this happens to!

Someone from this number has been calling me since July.  They also call from 1-800-632-0669 and 1-800-373-0214.  I screen my calls, so I never answer and they never leave messages.  This morning a woman left a message saying her name was Ann and she was calling from Capital Management regarding Sears.  She mentioned my first name in the message (which she could have gotten from my voicemail).  I have never in my life had an account with Sears and I certainly do not owe them any money.  I have never had an account with any store, and I have no credit cards.  I wish these people would stop calling.  It's annoying.

First called my partner's phone from this number and left call back number of 1-800-394-0570 named Brian.  I called back and Brian was looking for someone living in another town.  He told me that my partner's cell was associated with this number and I told Brian that had the wrong person and the given address has no association with my number.

Five minutes later, I receive a call on my cell from (716) 566-2630 (a Buffalo, NY number) from Brian again who now told me that my cell number is associated with the out of town address for which he is looking.  I told Brian that I don't know what kind of stunt he is pulling, but I would call the police if he called again.  Then I hung up on him.

I received another call from this number today.  Actually, the missed call reads 716-566-2630.  The voicemail was from John Radal (spelling?).  He asked for me using my first name (no last name) and said he was calling from Capital Management.  He wanted me to give him a call back today at 1-800-504-2410 ext 5033.  

I was getting frustrated with the frequency of these calls, so my husband decided to call the number back to see what was going on.  He called at 10:30pm EST, and to our surprise these folks were there to answer this call.  My husband asked what company they were associated with and they did not answer him.  Instead of asking for any information, they automatically told him they were looking for someone with my first name and a different last name.  My husband said there's no one with that name here, and he was then transferred to the "manager", who repeated the wrong name and said they must have been given the wrong number.  He said they would remove the number from their info and wouldn't disturb us again.  We can only hope.

Wrong answer...especially when they are calling for someone you have never heard of.  You must work for them...my husband has told them not to phone anymore.  We have sent a drop dead letter to this scum sucking bottom feeder telling them under the Fair Debt Collections Act they were bound by law not to contact us again.  We have the return receipt card in a file which we will bring to our attorney.

Reported this company to the Rhode Island Attorney General's Office - Consumer Protection Unit.

I have an answering machine message that indicates that this number is on the " Do Not Call " lists for both the state and federal government. The " Mr. Williams " I reached indicated that they do not care what lists I am on. No apologies, just a claim that someone at this number owes a debt.

He tried to pump me for more information. I indicated that if I get another call that I would consider it harassment and would file a complaint. He kept talking and asking questions, so I just hung up.

Calls from 800-504-2410 are a scam! This is a phishing SCAM!  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. CALL the LOCAL POLICE and REPORT them!  They called today and knew a little about me and started fishing for my SSN and my kids names. Typical scam!  I am reporting them to the FBI and Home Land Security.
