Wells Fargo Auto Finance - Got to be the most annoying people on the planet. They have numerous numbers and will call multiple times a day. This starts one day after being late. Stay away from them if at all possible! Report these folks to thier State Attorney General for telephone harassment.

They call here at our work looking for a certain guy and I told him they would be out till next week, they literally, hung up & called back just from a different #. I had to tell them same thing again, guess they thought I was lieing when said out of office till next week!

They also probably thought they may get another person to answer, to get a different answer.. I am the only one who answers though, so they realize that now, or they have to leave a message.

Very inconsiderate. I have starting saying bs to them or just hang up on them! HA!

I receive several calls a day from this number showing up on my caller ID.  I general do not answer it.  This morning I did.  They asked for Flanery, which is the wrong number.  When I informed them it was a wrong number and to remove me from their list, the individual argued with me and asked for another Flanery.  They are rude.

Rings the phone off the hook night and day. I don't answer. Caller ID
does not show name, just phone no. I noticed another writer said  it
was Wells Fargo Auto. I can believe it. If it is, I just made a payment.
So, why are they  doing this? There has to be something that can be done
about it! Maybe they should have something to block them!

They call about three times a day every day.   I just got a text message form them on my cell phone, so beware if you don't have texting on your cell phone plan-- apparently they don't care if they cost you extra fees.

These people have got to be the worst of the worst. Call from different phone numbers multiple times an HOUR! I realize that they've got an outomatic dialer, and they really have not much control over it... but isn't there something against auto dialers?

Sue them?  For what?  You owe them money!  Granted their practices are less than desirable, non the less you owe them money and they are trying to collect.  Your car payment is less than 2 hours of attorneys fees I imagine.

They are a royal pain in the ass!!!!!! I get calls from them several times a day. A minimum of 5 a day from this same number. But when you do talk to them to try to ask for help (maybe a deferment of a payment or two) they tell me that we can't help until you pay a payment, Why the hell would I ask for help if I could pay a payment????? [***]!!!

I got a phone call on my mother's answering machine demanding they talk to me ASAP! This was very urgent. They asked for me by name and also said they left a message with my mother calling her by name many weeks ago. I polietly called back. Figuring it was a SCAM and it was. They told me that they came after my car and it was a repo!!  I own my vechile. It is paid in full!! I owe nobody nothing. After me telling them this..they told me to hang on!! So I did..they kept coming back on and off the phone. I told them they had the wrong girl. They did again ask me what my name was. I told them they already had my name! They asked me for my address and social secruity number. I told them if they came to repo my car then they had my address...They then told me they were going to come and get my car so ...I then told them to kiss my ***! I wasn't telling them ****!  I told them NO!!! They said in order for them to check out this matter I would have to tell them my personal info. I again told them to kiss my ***. I told them that I was hanging up and calling the local authorities. These people were very persistant. They guys name was Nick. His phone number is 1-800-511-1812 and his EXT is 34918! Beware this is a SCAM!!!!

This lady was CRAZY (swearing and yelling)!  She was called because she shared the same first and last name of our customer that we didn't have a number for. She refused to provide the last 4 of her social therefore making it difficult to verify she was in fact not our customer. She even called the police about it wasting taxpayer money for A MISTAKEN IDENTITY! If you have a common name, you may have came across this from time to time.  The police officer that called in was able to tell it was not a scam in seconds.  If she had been corporative, instead of being difficult, she would have been off the phone in less than a minute!  There is no scam here; just trying to get in contact with someone that may need some help keeping their auto from being repossessed, and an incorporative, individual.  Thanks for wasting taxpayer money.

Here's an idea... call the business you are doing business with, if your are not doing business the way your are supposed to be doing business. And then the business your have the business with, will not have to spend "extra fees" (like time spent and phone call fees) to reach someone that is not doing business as agreed.  Your actions are a product of the calls and texts.  Handle your business and the business will adjust to your situation.
