- SandyEvery single day I get 3 phone calls in a row from this number. Each call only rings once on my cell phone & they never leave a message. I wish I had some way of blocking this number but my phone is thru Bell & there is no way of blocking it!

- Tired of NCOThese people drive me crazy, they will call at least 5 times a day on a debt that was paid almost 10 years ago.. My only suggestion is to block them through your cell phone service.

- VonnieNCO Financial Services a deceptive collection agency, they are "bottom feeders" continue to call people even when the debt is paid or past the "status of limitations" - they are rueless, bullies. These people buy old debts for pennies on the dollar then try to collect on them. If you make a payment to NCO, this reages the debt, they will continue to call which will become a real nightmare. We have Caller ID, which really helps. Block their calls to save your sanity.

- 73buckmaster| 1 replyMy mother-in-law called me on 07.24.2013 and told me she received a call from this place and they would not say who they were. They just kept asking to speak with Douglas even though my mother-in-law told them he didn't live there anymore. I looked them up and they are NCO Financial Services, a debt collector for SST credit card. SST has been changed to DEEBTO (I think is the new name) and is my husband's card. He has a plan set up with DEEBTO so NCO should not be calling, especially calling my mother-in-law. We have been married for 14 years.

- Tamianth replies to 73buckmasterYou can send them a cease & desist letter via certified US mail.. please see your rights on this. Make sure its certified mail .. that way they can not say they didn't get it. Your Mother in Law can also do the same so they stop calling her! Record any phone calls and keep a notepad with details, names time & date. And always use the record as well, check your state laws on that, some require you to tell them upfront they are being recorded while do not.
