    Called me 5 times in a row on 12/6 in two minute intervals, no message

    Started talking very fast in language I did not understand.  I said, "Pardon?" and they hung up.  I keep sending number to auto-reject file on phone, but they keep calling back, usually with no one speaking.

    They said my last 2 payments on my electricity bill was not reflecting. I do have electric with Duke Energy for more then 3 years. It's scam!!! I hung before they ask me to pay. I said I don't who you but go somewhere with your scam.
