C'est une gagne de bon menteur qui te font croire a un beau voyage tout inclus..il te demande des renseignement de carte de credit pour valider leur envoi du prix..puis tu te ramasse avec une facture charger sur ta visa de 498$us 627$ cad.. tu leurs demande un annulation et remboursement et il veule pas..donc tu te trouves a te chicaner avec le centre visa pour une retro-facturation qui son alors obliger de te faire apres que tu es annuler le contrat..visa va t'il me rembourser ca reste a voir...??? ne vous faite pas avoir.. et si on vous telephone et que ca parle en anglais racrocher donc....

I received a call from #1-800-535-7375 stating that they were a travel agency and that i had won a promotional package to spend 3 days 2 nights in Orlando,3 days 2 nights in Daytona,and 5 days 4 nights in Cancun Mexico with a whole bunch of promotional bonuses such as tickets to Universal Studios,coupons for meals etc.They would not give me a phone number to contact nor would they give me any other information unless i gave them my credit card # to obtain my confirmation number.They directed me to a web site which i found to be bogus www.universalexplorations.com and the only way to get to this site was on the address bar.Once you type this addrees in,it changes and you are directed to another address which you cannot enter until given a password(which they gave you).Upon entering this site i clicked around and managed to obtain a phone #1-800-535-7375
and an address of their head quarters(which i called and let me tell you,they are not too pleasant).I would say beware of these calls as i feel they are just trying to get your credit card info. I will post all info i have on them

yes i was coned into this and i'm not sure if it's ligit or not still waiting to find out. it's been charged to my credit card and i feel so stupid. If you google the adress that they have it comes up as a private investigation firm with that exact same address maybe everyone of us should phone this firm and hire them. youngt1972@gmail.com

they got me too - I was told that all the holiday would cost me was $3.99 fo9r additional guests & asked for my card details to confirm my identity.  They kept me hanging on the phone for ages ( I now know why) and then I finally was told that £550 had been taken from my account.  On no occasion was this figure given to me and I was not asked for my permission to have this withdrawn.  When I argued this, I was told that I had applied for the offer and that the money was non-refundable. I did not apply for any offer, and can only think that it was a competition I had entered.  When confronted over the phone, "Mindy" became very agitated and would not let me speak. She also kept repeating the details of the offer before giving me any numbers to call, telling me not to interupt her, as she had a script to stick to and would have to start again if I did.  My credit card company say they cannot do anything about the money withdrawn unless I don't recieve any further contact from Universal, in which case they will offer some sort of help. If I do recieve details of what I have paid for, then I'm on my own.

You guys are all crazy! This company is real. I got everything they said they would send me. It's definitely not a scam. It's just promotional. My wife and I have taken plenty of these packages from other companies before so I'm very familiar with how they work. If I can be any more help feel free to email Fleming.John77@Yahoo.com

But he is convinced of this.  So I went on line to see what I could find out.  Aparently you are the only one saying it's true.  Did you and your wife actually go on this trip?  Please send me a message if you can.  I would appreciate it very much.  Thank You!

They ripped me off of US$498.00, the same situation with all others who were scammed.  I feel stupid. My husband will be angry with me. So, for everybody, beware.

Hi Janice! Well I have to be honest, no I haven't taken my trip with this company as of now however I have taken probably about 6 other packages exactly like this with other companies so again I know how they work. You did not get ripped off. You will receive everything they said you would and you are not going to have to extra money for anything other than what they told you when you bought it. Nowadays it can be quite expensive to take a vacation so you have to figure that normally a standard hotel would cost you around $100 per night. If you take a 7 day vacation just accommodations alone are going to cost you $700. My package I got is for 13 days and I only paid $798.00 US plus they gave some tickets for theme parks. You do the math! If it was a company that was ripping you off they wouldn't answer the phone or have sent you anything...Hope this helps!

03-03-2010 Francois Dionne from Quebec Canada.Guest got ripped  to,because just try to phone today at 3.30 pm no response on phone.The told me april 08 09 that what all of you and i are talking his tru. they ask me for 635.74 before exchange that mins arround 1200.00$ and more.So me to feel very low.And  that suppose mr. John had and will get that vacation trip.he will be the only one to get it.Because what i think all others like me are crazy, .And i think that i was the only one in Canada whit that problem.Sorry for my hand writting.Is ther a collective sue against theme PLEASE RESPONSE..

i have all the paper work from that scam compagny     at  the gegining  they refuse to send me paper work they told me to lookup all the detail on internet i got on there case and they finnely sand some paper work and all the detail  but it still a scam or they would  make sure we can reach them
