caller talked so fast I couldn't understand her.  She said my name first and to call (something financial) at this number about a paper she is sending out to my mother (and she used her full name).  I called the number she gave me 1800-554-8564 and a recording answered saying "You have reached the recovery department, enter your party's extension".

It's Wells Fargo Financial.  They're calling to collect a debt from you.

Same thing happened to me. The guy butchered my name and then left his name and his number so fast i had to listen 6 times to decipher the number. Forget the name!

I just got this new phone and this 800-554-8564 began to call. They keep calling and calling, but they don't answer.  I call back and nothing the call got disconected.
I am tired of this phone call.  They are wasting my minutes.

Check you phone to see if you can block numbers.  I received calls from this number and finally it block number.  They still call but the phone does not ring and it does not go into my voicemail.

I believe it is a scam, when this number dialed me it was someone calling because some kind of virus is on my computer.  It is not being detected by Microsoft defender or Antimalware software.  They never say a company name.
