Caller claims to be your electric company. Leaves an 800 number for you to call back. States they are trying to save you money. Needs you to have your bill in front of you when you call. Avoid the scam, call your company by using the number on your bill and ask them if they called.

also got call from Dorothy Chapman from electric company saying i qualified for a lower rate
all i had to do was call her back with my reference number and have my bill in front of m
ComEd does not call customers
this is a scam

Caller left message saying they were "your electric company" without identifying the electric company by name; claimed to have a way to save me money and left "reference number"  I needed to have when I called back.  Not credible, did not return call

Dorothy Chapman left a message with the request to call her back, so she could lower my electric bill. She will leave a reference number and requests that you have your bill in front of you when you call back. After checking online and reading the messages above, this is a scam.
