This is a service that wants to offer you cell phone service  for jokes.  It is a subcription service.

They appear to be dishonest and disreputable Beware!

Same message. Now in Saint Louis, Missouri. I got the 2 calls from them: the first several days ago. The most recent just now.

Just received my 2nd call with the same message from this number to my cell phone in Minnesota.
Calling Qwest, my cell provider,

I noticed this number as a premium text message on my sons cell phone.  This came with a charge of $9.99.  They also sent a text and my cell phone company said to reply with the work Quit or Stop and it worked.

received a text in the middle of the night about welcoming me to game cheats masters and that they would be charging me a$19.99 monthly fee when you call the 800 # just a recording to this web site seems like a big circlejerk hope i'm not charged a thing i certainly did not sign up for anything!!

I never received the phone call but received a text message stating that had signed
up for these services but I hadn't.  I called myservice provider and they gave me
this number so far it seems to have worked but there does not seem to be anyway
to get the money back.

4 calls on March 28, 2008 Alltel wireless phone bill (@$4.99 each).  I contacted Alltel, and they provided me with SJM Mobile's billing phone number.  SJM told me they'd refund my $19.96.  Six months have passed, and I've received no refund.
Another call appeared on our July 28, 2008 (@$9.99).  I am preparing to call Better Business Bureau, to see if I can get more satisfactory results

I received a $9.99 charge on my cell phone bill in July from this number.  Description was 'PREM_SMS 23097 sjamobile 8005599313.

I also received another text from this number in August which read: 889-30 New Cheats Available @ Game Cheats Master! Check the site for more info! 1-800-559-9313.  19.99   Am assuming I will get another 9.99 charge for this.

Just a follow-up note:  I called my cell phone provider and they showed me how to unsubscribe from this site (I have no idea how I got on to begin with since I don't use the text msg'ing feature on my phone).  They told me I would continue to be sent msg's and billed until I did that.

my sons phone has 5 different charges from this number. and he hasnt had his phone in 2 months.totaling 45.00 dollars.

23904_joke_alert popped up on 4 consecutive bills of mine at $9.99 each. There was no text message or call ever. I brought it to the attention of my Alltel representative...and then got popped 3 times on my bill the next week for a total of $30.47!!!!! Is Alltel selling our numbers or what?

I got a $9.99 charge for this joke alert thing that i never subscribed to. I never got a call or message it was just on my bill.

The problem is not just with this trickster but also the phone company.
After the suprize  charge I had a stopped it put in for a B.S refund text $10 more to rid from my bill and put a " block" on it, 3 months latter it is still on my bill.  All of a sudden the phone  company is "powerless'.
I work hard to pay my taxes.
I am a vet & I am from the bricks and soon about to take it to the bricks.
I will not keep paying for this trick.

This  problem may be even more serious than you realize. I had a web site that got hacked by the AK - 47 crew. Had to talk to the Feds on the phone for about an hour due to the terorist nature of the hacker and the group.

Does anybody know were all this money is going?

It could be anything from a late child support payment to something unthinkable. Whatever it is they need to be stopped & they need to be charged for this.

I got this same message a few months ago.  Talked to my local Alltel rep., he told me to text message 'stop' to the number. I still had to pay the stinking charge.
Last month...at 11:30 pm I received a text that I subscribed to Game Cheats at $19.99. Within 3 minutes I sent a text to 'stop'...I have a $9.99 charge on my most recent phone bill.  
That is total B.S.!  I called the 800#, it was just a recording, didn't help me at all.  I'm getting really sick of these unauthorized charges.

I was charged $ 9.99 for this text and I don't know what it was for. But I want it stopped.

I also recieved text from joke_alert 23907 and from game_tips97000 and from gameon_alerts 77877 and I'm being charged for this. This month they charged me $ 42.84 all together
