Called multiple times an hour, when I finally answered there was a long delay and then so much static and echo on the line it was almost impossible to understand.  They said they were calling from "Deluxe Windows and Doors" (or something similar)

This number has called 7 times in the past hour. First we ignored it, then we answered and we heard poeple talking in the background, but no one was talking to us. The last time they called someone was talking in, we think Spanish, and thy were laughing.

His guy calls from many numbers 416-342-6188, 1-800-560-3684, and 1-800-560-5611.
He is east indian young male; he will begin calling you pretending to be from Bell Canada, using these numbers over and over again to call.  After many attempts to get your personal information and failing he becomes very rude, cursing and theatening people.  He is a scam artist and when he doesn;t get what he wants from you he becomes a prank caller.
Call Phone Busters at 1-800-495-8501 and report him
Call Do not call list line at 1-866-580-3625, put your name on the list through thier automated system, THEN call back and report him
Of course you can only report him if he is claiming to be Bell, trying to get your info or being rude/theatening. You can not report him if we just calls and hangs up.  IF HE THEATENS YOU OR SAYS/DOES ANYTHING ILLEGAL, WHICH HE IS KNOWN TO DO, CALL THE POLICE!
Lastly, you can call your phone provider and block the numbers he calls from.
I HOPE HE READS THIS AND GOES TO HELL!

Called over 5 times in 2 hours when you finally pick up the phone, he started to laugh and no one actually talked.

Several calls today from this number this morning. Lots of static and you can't really hear the person. I went out and they called back twice, according to my call display.

Got a call from this number at my business, there was a pause, then an automated voice said "good-bye".
