debt collecter. calls and hangs up on my line all the time. if i dont answer there is never a vm left.

then how do you know it's a debt collecter?

unknown as to who called me or for what left,  then i asked that if i called back would someone answer my call she said yes i have been unable to get in touch by phone or  for  what robot calling

  Would not say what company they represented.  Now they call and when you answer you hear a forwarding telephone ring,
but no one picks up.

Phone number called me but did not leave a message.

This is a collection company for services that you or your family received through Mercy. I received an official letter from them with this number on it. Unless you call during their business hours you will get a robomachine. The only thing that seemed strange to me is that they couldn't give me a confirmation number after i paid my accounts off, they said that the payment needed to be processed first and then i would get one in a letter.

I had services done through them, but I did not answer. I received a voicemail of a ringing phone and then someone picked up and said "Hello? Hello?" and then hung up. Very odd.

Bill collector for Mercy Health...I called number back and the person was polite about a bill I owe...

A debt collector that was nice?  Not possible.

Robocall left a message saying it was an "important business call for" then the generic robo-pause, followed by "Angela" and I don't know any Angela, am not related to one, and my name is nowhere close to that so totally missed on my identity.  Gave me a different number to call back.  Basically never said who they were or what this important business was.  Seems scammy - blocked.
