- Caller: Sprint FAKE
- "Sprint Customer Finance Department" replies to Brian| 1 replyI have my phone disconnected because of non-payment (can only receive calls). Got a missed call from them and called them back. it's Sprint Customer Finance Department.
- johni missed the call thought it was sprint
- callieIt IS Sprint finance no fake caller here we have a sprint phone.
- kpAN IMPORT MESSAGE REGARDING YOUR SPRINT PCS ACCOUNT, THEN THEY ASK YOUR ZIP CODE FOUND ON YOUR WIRELESS STATEMENT, WHEN YOU ENTER IN THE ZIP CODE IT TELL YOU THAT NUMBER IS NOT IN OUR FILES, THEN AFTER FIVE TIMES CALLING THEM BACK I DECIDED TO ENTER IN DIFFERENT ZIP CODES EVEN NEW YORK CITY, MIAMI AND OTHERS ALL SAY NOT IN OUR SYSTEM.
THIS IS NOT A LEGITMATE CALLER, ITS PHISHING CALLER USING SPRINT NETWORK, THERE IS AN FBI REPORT ON THIS NUMBER.- Caller: SAYS SPRINT PCS
- TeenieJust spoke with Sprint Customer Finance Dept. and THIS NUMBER IS NOT A SPRINT NUMBER AT ALL. They are filing a fraud complaint now against this number. So if you call this number back--DO NOT GIVE THEM THE INFO THEY ARE ASKING FOR
- TeenieJust spoke with Sprint Customer Finance Dept. and THIS NUMBER IS NOT A SPRINT NUMBER AT ALL. They are filing a fraud complaint now against this number. So if you call this number back--DO NOT GIVE THEM THE INFO THEY ARE ASKING FOR. I have a sprint phone and after reading all these posts, I called Sprint myself.
- pay attentionThis is sprint's automated alert system as the last ditch effort before they disconnect a phone. This number doesn't ask you for any information except to verify the zip code on file.
It doesn't ask you to make a payment to them, it simply tells you to call sprint to make the payment - Voodoo Chile| 1 replyThis is a valid Sprint Customer Finance number. I just talked to them, paid my bill and they restored service to my cell. I don't need any further proof than that. This is not a felonious number folks. As mentioned previously, it IS Sprint's "last ditch" effort to make arrangements with you before they cut the CDMA cord. The good news, it's a valid number. The bad news, if you can't pay your bill you're f----d.

f----d!!! - SHOPIt is SPRINT trying to make arrangements for a past due bill. IT'S A RECORDING SO GO AHEAD AND ANSWER.
- Caller: SPRINT
- Call type: Unwanted
- cjm608called dec 1 09 10:42am this is not in anyway a sprint #. dont believe me? just call sprint. it's a fraud. sprint would never have an automated voice ask for this kind of personal info. please be careful people.
- Caller: this is not sprint
- JoJoThere is someone using this number to phish for fraudulent info. True, if you call it back it's a real sprint number. But there are calls being made that appear to come from this number which are NOT from Sprint. I just got one and it was very sketchy, just a recording that said "if this person is available press 1, if not press 3" but never gave the name of the person. I spoke to Sprint and they denied calling me so I conclude it must be a phishing scheme using this legitimate Sprint number as cover.
- JoJoFurthermore I do not have a Sprint phone or service so they would have no reason to call me or even have my phone number on file.
- FrankIt's a fraud and whoever says it's not is STUPID and just had their credit card number stolen or they are part of this scam. I listened to the entire recording which said I owed money on my account. Funny considering I paid my bill off two weeks ago. Then I log onto sprint.com and look at my account balance which is ZERO. Obviously this is a SCAM. So I stayed on the phone to yell at these pathetic losers and the call gets all weird and gives a tone then says you owe "$46,344 on your account. Would you like to pay the balance now?" in a distorted recorded voice. Sure [***] I'll just blindly give you 46 grand! PATHETIC!!!!
- Caller: Unknown but NOT SPRINT
- The Master replies to Voodoo Chile| 1 replyHumans were without phones for millions of years and I don't believe they were ever [***].
- morguethe next time they call im going to say im there nest home ahahahahah
- BobI love that they didn't even have my updated zip code, or the right name for my account.
Friggin scammers. - cjm608 replies to Voodoo Chilepeople this is in no way a sprint call. it's l.h.r collections in hamburg new york. they were the ones on dateline nbc. youtube it you will see. they try to get you on the phone any way they can. don't fall for it.
- MNDawgATTENTION!!!!! In regards to Sprint Customer service. If you are late in paying your bill, they will permit only incoming calls. Should you try to make an outside call, your phone/sprint service will automatically redirect your call to Sprint Customer Service in an attempt to collect your past due debt owed. If you don't believe me, try calling your voicemail when you can only accept incoming calls. It will automatically redirect you to Customer Service. After you try this, make several other outside calls with different numbers. You will get the same thing every time. Sprint is trying to give you a chance to pay your bill.
