Didnt answer the call because the # appeared suspicous. Just wanted to let somebody know they're still active.

Call from "Kim Thorning" of "NCO financial systems"  This is a one of the worst collection agencies.  Just check it for BBB inquiries and you'll see what I mean.  I even have seen it referenced as an organized crime affiliated company.

Do not call this number back!!!! They will caller ID you and never stop harassing you!!!!

Report the to the BBB if you have no other options.

It's just a shame that companies like NCO Financial are allowed to remain in business and CONTINUE to break the law, despite being sued multiple times for REPEATED FCRA & FDCPA violations. They continually harassed me at work and at home over a Cingular Wireless bill, even though I was making regular payments to the original creditor. It got so bad that I finally stopped answering the phone altogether. They are RUTHLESS to the point of being criminal, and I hope I NEVER have to deal with them again!

This company is calling my 90 year old mother and terrorising her. These kinds of harrassing, bogus credit agencies should be outlawed.

Don't know how these guys got my number, but I file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision, www.ftc.gov   If everyone did this maybe the Feds will get on their case.

NCO Finacial Collection agency, very UNETHICAL group. They will call hang up, leave no message, use various numbers such as 800 569 9633,866 699 2194. They are attempting to collect $1000 for a $100 error created by capitol one when they merged to cc accounts of mine together. Capitol one suposedly corrected problem, even gave me a new car loan, yet mysteriously NCO has appeared. They have been sent copies of all documents via registered mail clearly showing them clearly the error was capitol one. NCO never responds with documentation supporting their postion. I even suggested to NCO to sue me and gave them my attorney contact information.... response.... just keep calling for 5 years.

The number that showed up on my caller id was 800 569 9633 this is NCO collection company. They suck.

They called my Ex Mother in Law, who I havent talked to since I divorced her daughter in 1993 looking for me.
I wouldnt have a clue how they got her number. At least she told them they had the wrong number and not to call her any longer.

It's gotten to the point where they call every 10 minutes and all hopes of getting anything done have literally flown out the window.
I'm starting to wonder if I'm on redial or something... All I know is that it has something to do with Capital One that was resolved years ago. WILL THIS EVER END??!! Or will I have to throw my phone to the dog?

This number in violation of federally mandated FDCPA and FCRA laws has continuously (more than 9 calls per day)after being told 6 times called my home phone(listed and connected only 5 days) and cell phone.  They were told 8 times to remove my numbers. I am not the intended recipient of the calls and the person they are calling moved over 5 1/2 years ago.

This gets insane; they don't bother me as much as some of you all, but I am paying all my creditors, so there's no reason for anyone to be calling me.

Insane.

A lady called two times in row , once at6:17pm and once at 6:19pm the 1st message was automated recording and the next was a threat saying if I do not call her back she would file in Hernando county were I live. She wanted to work with me but I needed to call her back tonight.

Just got a call from 800-569-9633 on my cell phone. Ms. Singleton is the name this person gave, it was obvious from background noise that it was in a call center of some sort. this ms singleton ask for a Brendon MaCento???? stated they it was urgent that they call back today as soon as possible. This is NCO financial services who calls all times of the day and night. Do not send these people any money. I spoke directly to Capital One and payments are to be sent to Capital One only and use address that is on your bill. The NCO people are rude, crude and they call in on several different numbers this is the first time they left a message BUT, they did not say who they were with. When you google, you find out who they are & that several complaints have been issued against these people.

They called me and my brother back to back.  Mind you, my brother isn't old enough to drive, let alone accrue any debt.

NCO financial keeps calling me.  In fact they have called me 15 times today alone.  I have requested copies of what debt they are trying to collect and they tell me to contact the original creditor who they say is Capital One.  I call Capital One and they don't show the debt owed.  I told NCO Financial this and they said that is "unimportaint to the situation".  How can the fact that I don't owe any money be "unimportaint to the situation"?  They are rude and half the time don't want to give you their name.  I have even sent them a cease communications letter which they are ignoring.  They contacted my family as well!  This is incredible!  I have filed a complaint with the BBB and www.ftc.gov regarding this matter.  I suggest anyone that has them start to call go ahead and file a complaint becuase they definitly won't stop or slow down!

This is the Metairie, LA office.  The General Manager is Janice Prange.  The Division Manager is Terri Walters.  The Supervisors are Dwanz Wilkerson and Chris Dufour.  If you call them be sure to record the call-and tell them you are doing so.

Be sure to record any conversations you have with them-even if you tell them you are recording they will still be illegal.

She is a Supervisor.  And, she has 2 other supervisors above her in the Metairie, LA location.  Be sure to record your calls.  They make the collectors, etc pay $500 per suit filed or attorney demand.  Make them pay and they will straighten up!
