Stewart2 Aug 2007- I got a phone call on 5/28/09 From (660) 826-7219. Said he was an investigator with FBK Products. I Explained I returned my product on 11-1-08. He was really rude. He actually told me to quit flapping my gums. I Told him I had a receipt he did not care. Very Unprofessional. I Called the number back and it was disconnected. I Believe their is a scam under their name! I called 1-800-577-6384 & she connected me with the service department. I called Cathy. I Faxed her my receipt to show proof that I Returned my product. She was very helpful. I Did receive the product originally from Krane Inc. They still haven't necessarily resolved my problem. But Why would the number that originally called me been disconnected? Be Careful if you deal with this company. I've read the other reviews.

- DG31 Oct 2007I have had several phone calls from this company. I have asked them politely to remove me from thier list and that I no longer own the property that I purchased the septic chemicals for. They somehow have obtained my cell number and continue to bother me.
- I posted thier information for others who have problems with this company, however there is no "admin email", just one to get info. I called the peeps again and asked them to remove me from the call list. They call an average of 4-5 times during a given week. Im about to hire a lawyer...

- MAGICALBUTTERFLY20 Nov 2007Tuesaday 11-20-2007 Just received 3 harrassing calls from this number again. We also purchased septic cleaner from these people over a year ago, and they will not stop calling. This time they left a vulgar message on our answering machine, so we are hiring an attorney to make this harrassmnet stop.
- I've been rec'ing calls from 561-253-1135 for the past 3 months and one call from a 561-515-7662- began in Oct 2008 - Since then I have contacted them personally 5 times - asking each time to please remove my phone number - I am on the national do not call registry list since 11/07. The last 2 times I contacted them, I asked to speak to a manager and a guy named Glen answered. On 12/24/08, Glen was very rude to me and actually hung up on me 2 times!!! He did say he'd remove my number before hanging up on me. Since 12/24 - I have rec'd calls from them 12/26, 12/31, 1/2 - on 1/2 I called the number back. Asked to speak to a manager and Glen picked up the phone again. Glen said he would be a nice person and take my # off the database even though I threatened him with by going to a lawyer and getting a registered letter. Today (1/4) I received yet another phone call from this number at 9am. Contact information on this company that I have found :

I hope all of this information that I have provided will help others know that this company needs to be put to a stop. I am only getting harrassing phone calls - I have researched that other ppl have complained of the company stating that the consumer owes them money when they do not. Please be aware of this company.- I have filed complaints in both GA & FL concerning FBK's failure to honor a septic warranty during 2009; stuck us w/the bill despite County requirements to replace tank & piping - all covered supposedly. Received numerous rude phone calls from Lance after we refused to continue warranty. Actually received some help from Karen (Billing/Q&A) and Patrick, although still can't get any reimbursement for the $6K spent on the new septic system & drain field.
New info: President William Stark. Mailing address 141 N.W. 20th St, Suite F7, Boca Rotan, FL 33431. Possible additional phone #: 561-689-3222 - I have also been receiving phone calls at all hours of the day and night. In the past Ihad purchased products for my septic tank. I even purchased the septic tank insurance. After reading the unfavorable reports on the company, I decided not to purchse any more product and did not renew my insurance. These people do not take no for an answer. I have been very paitent and tell each new caller to take me off the list, but they keep calling. It's wierd, because sometimes when I answer the phone I can hear people talking and laughing, but they aren't talking to me. I call them back and no one answers the phone. Today, Saturday, I got a call at 7AM. Again there were people laughing and joking, but they would not answer me when I said hello. I called the 800# and again asked to be taken off the list. She hung up on me. Does anyone have any phone numbers for the owners, managers, CFO ....? I would like to call them next Saturday.
Has anyone had any luck getting rid of these people? Can the BBB help?

The ownwers are Steven Krantz out of Connecticut and Gary Krantz who lives in Boca Raton Florida and can be found in the phone book. Richard Kaufman of Boca Raton and Marc Rona of New York New York are 2 other partners. Krane products along with FBK Products is notorious for hiring crack heads and criminals to lie their a**es off to make a quick buck. They have no regard for the do not call list and if you do buy from them they will call you and sell anything they can convince you to buy under the premise of a 30 day free trial and then you are stuck with it. Sue them if you can they are scum of the earth and ripping people off for over 15 years

They call and ask for me. They hang up when you come to the phone. They called me six times in one hour. When I called them back i found out they claim to have shipped me a septic system treatment. They said it was ordered through a internet survey. When I asked them for the address where it was shipped they had the wrong one. They said they will harrass me until I pay the bill. Whenever I call back to talk to a manager they put me on hold and than hang up. When I told a manager what they did, He said like this and than hung up on me. They have another number also (561) 253-1138. I have called them back at least 8 times and six of those they hung up on. Only one time they told me they would take me off the list. The other time they treatened that they are comming after me. These guys are scammers and crooks.

- Like an alarm clock19 Feb 2008Every morning at 7:45 I am forced to wake up to the phone ringing. Every time I answer they ask for someone I don't know. I tell them they have the wrong number and they hang up. Then five minutes later they will call again. I have been very nice for the past year but I am really getting mad. If you call them back, they hang up on you.
- Armpit song22 Feb 2008At about 8:45 am EST the phone rang again with this number on the caller ID. The answering machine picked up and the person on the other end left a "message". There was a lot of muffled banging around followed by what sounded like a little ditty played with their hand in their armpit. I had to laugh. They call a couple of times a week and at all hours. I did buy their septic tank treatment many years ago but dicontinued when I found research that disproved their products. I'm going to try to make a computer recording of the above song and post the link where it can be listened to.
